CNC machined oil filler cap with locking clip to keep it in place in the roughest conditions. Genuine OEM replacement choke cable.
This is one of the few plastic parts on the DR650 that can ruin your day if it breaks or fails on you. This gear helps drive the oil pump to circulate oil throughout your entire motor, without it, your motor will fail entirely. The idler gear is not known for being a common failure point in the DR650 motor but, it has failed riders in the past. Usually in the form of a broken gear or stripped teeth. Upon inspection, look for any kind of crack, chipped or missing teeth on the gear. It is not a complicated repair to swap an old gear for a new one, as the best time to replace it is when you've opened up the clutch side case cover for another repair i.e., (NSU screws or clutch hub bushing replacements). This is an O.E. Suzuki part.

Like all FunnelWeb filters, the ProLine Filter features profile cut, single layer, single density foam that doubles the external surface area of the filter without increasing the original filter size. The ProLine Filter traps dirt, dust, sand and mud over a larger area on its outer surface, ensuring optimal air flow is maintained for maximized engine performance and reliability.
The single layer, single density polyurethane foam has the added advantage of being easy to clean and the ability to maintain its original shape after numerous washes. Overall, compared with conventional foam filters, FunnelWeb offers more protection from dirt ingestion, has longer service intervals and maintains high airflow rates when dirty.
Fastway offers a large ADV peg that is 4.75" long and 2.25" wide. With these pegs you can adjust the camber with their patented FKMS Kamber bolt. ´Tilt´ your pegs to increase comfort, or to give better squeeze on your bike. These pegs come with two sets of F3 cleats (one standard, one long). You can order serrated or spiked cleats separately.
These Adventure pegs are offered in several colors, but some colors may require extra time, call for availability.
