This seal helps keep debris and water out of your DR650 air box and it may become damaged or missing over the years. It is an important part of your DR650's intake system to maintain & prolong air filter life.

Simply, remove the air box door, then remove the old seal and clean out the track it sat in. Set the new seal in place and cut off any excess material remaining. Install the air box door and you are done.

Repair kit comes with everything you need to get your carb back in shape.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

This Kit replaces vital components in the BST40 Carburetor including new o-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat (needle jet and other pressed in jets are not included in kit) to return the stock Mikuni BST40 Carburetor to like-new operation. If you are converting a Keihin FCR-MX 39 to fit on your DR, you need to start here. This 6061 T6 aluminum adapter bonds to the airbox side of the carb so it will easily fit the DR.

The Mikuni TM42-6 HSR flows 17CFM more than the TM40-6 and incorporates many upgraded features such as a roller-bearing slide.

All this means going even faster has never been so easy, say goodbye to hard starting, hesitations and flat spots.

Softer return spring for your TM40 carburetor.

This replaces the stock return spring that comes with the TM40 carburetor creating a 25% lighter throttle feel.

These Mikuni carburetors are correctly sized and easily fitted to your Honda XR600 and XR650L stock motor mounting flange after removing the locator tags and also match the air box when using the silver anodized air-box adapter. This adapter is fitted prior to delivery when purchasing complete kits. For this Mikuni carburetor to operate correctly the motorcycles air box must be opened up to allow more air flow in. Using a hole saw, a 45mm diameter hole will be sufficient for a Suzuki DR650 but some Honda’s require way more. The best process is to keep opening up the air-box until no more improvement is noticed and you will be surprised at the difference. The kit also comes with throttle cables and a 1/4 turn quick action throttle which must be lubed before fitment. The carb comes with a couple of  Honda specific adjustments made and pre jetted for your engine. A specially made size 30 pump nozzle is fitted as the accelerator pump circuit on TM42 carbs will not work properly on Honda’s or Kawasaki’s without it.

Climate, altitude and fuel density from different octane fuels all have varying effects on final fine tuning as does cam, exhaust and cylinder head porting etc. For this reason, we have included what we have found to be a range of jets to allow you to tune to most variables.

This carb fits with most aftermarket large capacity tanks.  Some larger capacity tanks do not allow the fitment of this carb without modification. A competent person can easily heat and depress the contact area around the throttle mechanism allowing for clearance on problem tanks. Polyethylene tanks start their life as lump of poly that when melted evenly spreads itself around a rotating mold, to later carefully heat with a heat gun any section of a tank and change the shape has no effect on the integrity of the poly itself unless pushed too far, thinning it. We recommend having this professionally done for the reason some people may neglect to properly remove all the fuel from an existing tank or if not competent may make a mess of it.

 Instead of the tough to reach choke knob, all TM40's come with a remote choke and bracket. This makes it easier to reach the knob, especially if you have an oversize tank.

Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work.

Dyno and field tested, the Power Surge 6X will allow correction for humidity, temperature, air pressure, along with race fuels and motor modifications. Power Commander Fuel Controller (PCFC) Product Introduction

Inexpensive yet very precise way to control your fuel curve.

The Power Commander FC is a plug-n-play fuel management device pre-programmed with Make/ Model specific maps. In addition the Power Commander FC has the added ability to modify or change these maps on the fly without a computer.

Users can literally select between a Power Commander FC Map, custom-built maps, or even fine tune low, mid or high rpm ranges while sitting on the bike and without plugging into a computer. Standard +/- 15% increments from selected map settings, different ranges are available using the supplied Control Center software.

Users can also load up to 10 of their personally built Power Maps into the Power Commander FC and select between them while in the saddle - eliminating the need to "re-boot" with the computer every time a new map is desired.

Traveling where fuel quality will be questionable? Carry a spare fuel filter.

This filter is meant for 5/16" fuel lines. Only 1/2" thick it is small enough to fit just about anywhere.

The small size and right angle hose barbs make this filter easier to fit into the small space between your fuel petcock and carburetor. Filter body is only 7/8" diameter. Straight filter is 2" long, 90 degree filter is only 1-5/8" long.

Driven Engine Block-off Plates will stop the annoying and possibly damaging backfires from occurring while allowing you to remove a few pounds in associated valves and hoses from your bike. On late model EFI bikes with O2 sensors, ESPECIALLY when using Dynojet's Power Commander 6 with the Autotune feature, the air injection system MUST be blocked as it will introduce additional oxygen into the system which will skew your O2 sensor's values and make it impossible to get a correct tune.

Boyesen Pro Series dual-stage reeds combine a carbon-fiber top reed with a fiberglass bottom reed for unrivaled performance. The Pro Series Reeds are more responsive than our traditional Power Reeds. The carbon-fiber top reed has excellent response characteristics that provides even quicker acceleration, stronger throttle response, and more over-rev than our standard Power Reeds. The FMF Power-Up jet kit makes jetting your carb simple. They teamed up with DynoJet to produce a kit that offers you a selection of jets and/or needles to get maximum horsepower out of your KLR. The easy to use instructions have diagrams and step-by-step procedures to help you get your jetting where it needs to be, no matter what elevation you ride at. No more driving back and forth to the dealer with a handful of jets and needles with a million questions running around in your head about where to start or turn next.

The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.
