All our payment processing for website orders is done on secure servers managed by Authorize.net. They use SSL encryption which protects all information exchanged between your device and Authorize.net. The credit card details you provide to Authorize.net are not accessible to any employee of ProCycle.

We do not share your information with any outside parties except as needed to provide our service to you (e.g., shipping providers, customs declarations). We will not send unsolicited mail or e-mails to you. Unless you opt in, we will only use your phone number or e-mail to contact you concerning your order, including providing updates to your order status. You may choose to opt into receiving our newsletter and other marketing e-mails.

Information on which pages you visit, what type of web browser and device (e.g., Chrome, Android), and the contents of your shopping cart may be collected to assist us with finding errors on our website, assessing the popularity of pages and products, and our marketing activities. The data is not sold to or exchanged with any third parties, but may be shared with our service providers for the above purposes.

If you wish to have your personal information removed from our systems please send an email to: privacy@procycle.us. Please note that we can only remove the information that we retain. The payment processor you used may still retain a copy of your information.
