ProCycle

All of our order processing is done on secure servers managed by Authorize.net. They use SSL Encryption which protects all information exchanged between you and Authorize.net. Your credit card details provided to Authorize.net are not accessible to any employee of ProCycle. The only information we receive are your billing address, shipping address, email, phone number, and ordered items.

We do not share your information with any outside parties. We will not send unsolicited mail or emails to you. We only send out updates and newsletters via our email system if you chose to sign up for it. We will only use your phone number or email to contact you concerning your order.

Information on which pages you visit, what type of web browser and device (eg. Chrome, Android) and the contents of your shopping cart is collected to assist us with finding bugs on the website and assessing popularity of pages and products. Your personal information (name, email, etc) is not collected or linked to this data. The data is not used for any other purpose including sharing with other parties or advertising.

If you wish to have your personal information removed from our systems please send an email to: privacy@procycle.us.

Please include your full name, as it appears on previous invoices. Once your information has been removed you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that we can only remove the information that we retain. The payment processor you used will still retain a copy of your information.
