Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

All our payment processing for website orders is done on secure servers managed by Authorize.net. They use SSL encryption which protects all information exchanged between your device and Authorize.net. Your credit card details provided to Authorize.net are not accessible to any employee of ProCycle.

Never give your credit card details over the phone or e-mail to anyone claiming to be an Authorize.net employee. They will never contact you in the event of a failed transaction. If in doubt, please give us a call and let us know.

If you are not comfortable entering your card information online, we will gladly process your order by phone or fax. In these cases, all of your credit card information will be securely discarded as soon as the order is placed.

It is not a good idea to make online purchases using a public computer. Public computers can be infected with viruses which can compromise your account details or store confidential information in the computer's cache which can be accessed by someone using the computer after you.

Shipping to a location other than your billing address

We take credit card fraud seriously and have policies in place to help protect you from unauthorized charges.

If this is your first time shopping with us and you request that your order be shipped to an address that is different from your billing address, we may send you an e-mail to confirm your identity before processing your order.
