Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

Auxiliary Lights, Mount
A nice place to mount auxiliary lights on your KLX where they will be high and easy to reach for adjustment but still tight to the cowlings. They will not interfere with controls, body work or the fuel tank.
Constructed of 1/8" stainless steel they are intended for LED lamps in the 2" range, but with a slight slotting of the mounting holes, will work great with 3" lights as well. Includes longer bolts to for the upper triple clamp mounts.
Headlight
This kit is not just a bulb, but an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. Rubber isolators between the plate and the frame at these two bolt locations help to eliminate vibrations and keep noise down. Front mounts clamp around the frame for a solid connection.
The right side of the plate extends up to cover the oil filter and unbolts from the skid plate for easy filter changes. This skid plate has a black textured powder coat finish for great looks and durability. Includes stainless steel hardware.

Need to remove your clutch assembly to get at that dreaded neutral safety switch? This holder is the quickest and easiest tool out there to get a grip on that hard to handle hub. Laser cut to the exact pattern that EBC makes their clutch plates from, it makes loosening and re-tightening the clutch nut easy. All of that and no worries about doing any damage to your expensive clutch hub.
Bottom line, if you have to hold your clutch hub to remove it, there is no better way to do it.

Quality steel sprockets and EK SROZ2 525 O-Ring chain. Available in gear ratio choices from - 13/42 to 15/46. EK SROZ2 525 chains come in 120 link length and may have to be cut down to fit. They also come with rivet type master links. Clip type links are available below.
13 and 14 Tooth sprockets require a smaller retainer
- Use a rear sprocket with a higher number of teeth for quicker acceleration and technical offroad trails.
- Use a rear sprocket with a lower number of teeth for lower engine rpm's at highway speeds.
- Stock size is 50 teeth.
We recommend using the Rear Sprocket Bolt Kit when installing most aftermarket sprockets on your TW.

Specially designed shift lever with arm shape suitable for off-road riding, off-road boots, and wide footpegs, and with more space between shift and footpegs.
The revolver system allows for 6 different tip positions including the standard position, which is not available on the stock.
The tip is made of A7079 and is machined with high precision. Knurling on the tip prevents slipping.
Forged A2014 material is used for the arm part, which has high strength and durability.
The MAGURA HYMEC hydraulic clutch system gives you an ease and smoothness of pull that cannot be equaled by a cable unit. No need to lube the cable, no more broken cables. The HYMEC is simply a fantastic hydraulic retrofit clutch system. You will be able to get away with applying a lot less pressure than with a standard cable clutch. Depending on riding style, this can make for huge benefits in terms of riding comfort and control. The master cylinder control naturally has reach adjustment.
