These hand-built units out of Australia are one of the most advanced radiator protection systems available! CNC machined 6000 series three-dimensional aluminium extrusion melded with 5000 series alloy plate to create a system that protects your precious radiator from almost any direction.

Designed with a fin angle that allows almost nothing to come in contact with the vulnerable core that is otherwise directly exposed to roost, rocks and all sorts of trailside debris. The fins are designed in a fashion that they completely mimic the designed airflow characteristics of the OEM plastic protector fins.

The protective finned louver panel quickly and easily unbolts to make clean-up a snap. Three-piece modular construction allows for greater design flexibility which eliminates the compromises that are built into one-piece designs. CNC laser cut from 1/8"5052 aluminum then black powder coated and the logo laser etched in place with the V-Strom 650 logo to really set it off. The laser etched logo will not wear off like a vinyl or screen printed graphic.

B&B fired up the CNC equipment for another beauty, a Front Sprocket Case Saver. A great investment the 6mm aluminum base will protect your engine cases should your chain ever break or derail. On top of that is a 4mm piece to keep your pants and other things out of the chain as well. This replaces the stock cover over the countershaft sprocket.

If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit.

This nice piece replaces your plastic sprocket cover and protects your engine case from a chain derailment or failure. The 3/16" (5mm) thick steel plate is adjustable to accommodate 14, 15 and 16 tooth sprockets. Includes mounting hardware.
