We are currently unable to ship to any country on this list. Please check before placing your order.
ProCycle is not responsible for lost or re-shipment of returned packages due to the current international shipping restrictions.
There have been some reported delays with shipments. While our time to get the packages to the shipping companies has not changed, and most of our shipments have been on time, there have been some delays with receiving our incoming stock and the delivery of outgoing orders. We want to remind you that all delivery services are currently working to the best of their abilities even with the current situation. The dates given to you by the delivery services are not guaranteed dates only estimates by them.
Due to limited transportation availability worldwide, package delivery times may be extended.

Is everything you sell in-stock?
Some items are not stocked in our local store but are in stock at our distributors warehouse. These items will take an extra 1 or 2 days to ship out. We do not charge any extra shipping on special order items. In the event that an item will take more than 4 business days to ship out we will notify you by email. We may, at our discretion, ship most of your order immediately with any delayed item shipping separately. We do not charge any additional shipping for these split orders.

*Estimated shipping times start from the day the package is shipped. Some orders may be delayed a day or two before shipping because of out of stock or cross-shipped items. Standard Post packages to Hawaii and Alaska may take significantly longer.
Orders placed after 9am pst may not be processed until the following business day, please contact us if there is a need for faster processing.
We encourage our customers to purchase insurance and/or signature confirmation for a small additional fee. ProCycle will NOT be responsible for uninsured packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
United States Orders
We ship using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days*),USPS Retail Ground (6-12 business days*), UPS Ground, and UPS 3-Day Select depending on your selected choice but also dependent upon weight restrictions. If requested we may agree to use FedEx, but only if you have contacted us and made specific arrangements.
Note: First Class mail is not one of our shipping options unless you call the store and arrange it. This service is limited to packages under 13oz, and may be chosen by ProCycle if Flat Rate or Free Shipping option is chosen.
UPS Next Day Air is available upon request. Please note that out of stock items may delay the shipment. Be sure to indicate in the comments of your order the urgency of your request and we will contact you regarding any delayed items and help find a solution to get your order shipped quickly.
Flat Rate option is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Also not available for orders that include tires. The cost is $12 and ProCycle reserves the right to choose the carrier and shipping method used when this option is selected.

Damaged or Delayed Packages
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged by our experienced warehouse team. Damage to a package occurring in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately upon receipt (Same day or at least 1 day after delivery). It is the responsibility of the recipient to promptly inspect and report damage or shipment shortages to the shipping carrier and to ProCycle (email@example.com). Responsibility for damages, and shortages caused by damage to the package, after leaving our warehouse lies with the carrier, not ProCycle.
If your invoice indicates items were shipped but you are unable to find them in the package (shortage), ProCycle MUST be notified within 5 business days of delivery. ProCycle is unable to replace missing items if this guideline is not followed.
In order for any claim to be processed with the carrier, the damage needs to be reported upon delivery, or as soon as possible before emptying the contents. The recommended forms of evidence to support a damage claim are pictures of the inside and outside of the box and of the damaged items, as well as written acknowledgement from the carrier that the damage happened in transit. Recipient must leave package in the same condition as received until the claim has been reported and filed. By not following these guidelines, ProCycle will be unable to assist our customers in retrieving damaged or lost merchandise.
For delayed packages please contact ProCycle to inform us of the delay if you have not received your package by 30 days from the day it was shipped for international or 15 days from the day it was shipped for US domestic. We will then be able to assist with the necessary steps to follow in locating the package.
Each delayed and missing package is handled on a case by case basis and we will be in continued contact with you regarding the progress of the search findings, as well as when the package is located.
Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, but ProCycle will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability. This process does not guarantee a full refund or replacement will be available if the package or contents are not located, especially if the tracking indicates successful delivery of the items/ package that are missing.
International orders that are shipped via USPS Express Mail International averages 5-10 business days* delivery time. However, packages are occasionally delayed in customs, which is completely beyond our control. USPS Priority International averages 5-20 business day* and First Class International mail (limited to packages under 4lbs.) averages 5-40 business days*. At a buyer's request we will ship via these less expensive options. The buyer must realize that Priority International packages often take longer to clear customs.
Priority International packages are not considered overdue by the postal service until 30 days after the shipping date.
First Class international mail is the most cost friendly service for packages under 4lbs however there is no loss or damage assistance available if this method is used. Buyer assumes all responsibility if package is shipped First Class International and ends up lost, stolen or damaged.
We also offer UPS International services depending on the destination country.
UPS Standard to Canada and Mexico may require the use of a customs broker, those fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Ideal for your less-urgent shipments.
UPS Worldwide Expedited® is for fast, guaranteed deliveries for less-urgent international package shipments, averages 2-5 business days.
UPS Worldwide Saver is for international express shipments, 1-3 business days.
Depending on your country's customs policies, you may be charged taxes, duties, and/or excises. We cannot be responsible for any customs related charges. We have no way to know how much (if any) your particular country might charge for import duty or customs related fees. The shipping charge at check out is for transportation cost only and does not include any customs / import fees.
Hazardous items (batteries, some chemicals, CO2 cartridges) are prohibited from shipping international.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged based on package weight and delivery service.
We offer free shipping for orders over $299 to anywhere in the continental United States. Orders under $299 that are shipping within the United States qualify for $12 flat rate ground shipping. (this excludes orders with tires)
International orders are priced based on service requested and the estimated weight of the items being shipped, this is best calculated in the shopping cart during check out.
As of July 8, 2020 all orders containing tires do not qualify for free shipping or $12 flat rate ground shipping. Shipping rates for all tire orders will be calculated based on the estimated weight of the tires being shipped and the shipping service requested, this is best calculated in the shopping cart during check out.
Payment on back ordered or out of stock items will be considered a refundable deposit. A paid deposit guarantees your place in line when the product becomes available on a first come first served basis.
