The Hardcore Soft Rack has been specifically designed for smaller bikes that have very little support in the back for luggage.

The Mondo UL Kit is the next evolution of the GCAG product line. The "UL" stands for Ultralight. They have designed these straps to be light and rugged.

FEATURES:

• GCAG Tensioner - Their tensioner is designed to keep your luggage tight even while traveling. The GCAG tensioner is designed with heavy duty elastic running inside 1" tubular climb-spec webbing. Sun rims are our favorite. They are very strong and come very round and true right out of the box. Sun rims make building a wheel enjoyable. Standard rims are silver but Sun rims are also available in black or gold. Sun rims are made in the USA.

These custom rim and spoke kits can be made to work for any bike with wire spoke wheels. Your rim & spoke set will include Buchanan's custom heavy gauge stainless steel spokes and plated nipples. Cogent Dynamics has created another winner - the 'World's Edge' shock for the 650 V-Strom the rear end you have wanted for all these years. This unit gives the DL650 excellent control with a firm but comfortable ride, both solo and two-up. To best meet your needs, please spend a few moments providing us with your riding style (off-road / adventure, or street / commuting) and your approximate weight with gear and luggage in the comments during checkout. The information you provide helps them setup your suspension to most closely meet your needs.

These springs are custom wound specifically for the KLR250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results.

Low peg mounts for the DR From Wirtz Wire. These are different than our other mounts for several reasons. First, these are designed around the stock pegs. All of the pegs in this section will fit these mounts. Another difference is that these mounts are offered in a low mount as well as a low and rearward mount. These are 'wire EDM' machined from solid 1018 steel bar stock, and are not welded anywhere. They are powder coated black for a great look. Both mounts move the pegs down 2" while the low and rear mounts also move the pegs back 1.3".

Kit comes with new mounts, longer bolts and a longer brake switch spring that will be needed. Pegs are optional, your stock pegs will work.

The upper image shows the low and rearward mounts while the one below that is of the just low mounts. If you look at the two images below that, you will see that these are the low and rearward pegs for both sides of the bike.

This nice piece replaces your plastic sprocket cover and protects your engine case from a chain derailment or failure. The 3/16" (5mm) thick steel plate is adjustable to accommodate 14, 15 and 16 tooth sprockets. Includes mounting hardware.

CNC laser cut from 1/8"5052 aluminum then black powder coated and the logo laser etched in place with the V-Strom 650 logo to really set it off. The laser etched logo will not wear off like a vinyl or screen printed graphic.

The new Touring windshield for the 2008-on Kawasaki KLR650 has been completely redesigned to both improve protection as well as appearance.

Parabellum utilizes the stock windshield screw locations with our angled brackets to mount the newly designed shield. The windshield uses stand-off technology so the shield is more upright. It features all stainless steel TIG welded construction with a laser cut adapter. A spring tensioned slip joint allows for heat expansion. A stainless steel hanger strap allows it to attach to your original muffler mounting point. No welding is required. Mid-pipe length is approximately 17" long.

Our very own version of the popular thermostat bypass for the KLR. Gives faster warm up and more constant engine temperatures. Eliminates the wildly fluctuating engine temperature gauge. A more controlled and constant temperature is easier on your piston and cylinder and may prevent or reduce oil consumption. We use a 180 degree thermostat instead of the stock (too cold!) 160 degree unit. Warmer coolant temperature promotes better fuel vaporization and can increase fuel economy.

Our bypass system mounts the new thermostat in a small billet extension housing right where the stock thermostat is now. There is no bulky external housing to hang off the motor. The bypass hose tees in to the lower radiator hose using a length of quality high temperature silicone hose. It all makes for a clean simple installation.
