Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.
You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.
If you already have a Tool Tube you can order just the Locking End Cap and lock.
Does not fit if your bike is equipped with the new emissions system. The charcoal canister prevents the tool tube from being mounted properly.

The 12oclock Labs EXUP Emulator is used in place of the stock exhaust servo motor when you replace the stock exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust system. The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. Windscreen
The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield.
All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.
This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.
Zero Gravity windscreens feature the finest optics of any windscreen on the market. All Zero Gravity windscreens are fabricated using highly specialized "vacuum forming" techniques similar to those used to form aircraft canopies. The result is a virtually distortion free optical lens.
Made from the finest grade of acrylic plastic, Zero Gravity windscreens are stretched as they are formed, a process which results in superior strength and flexibility. This flexibility allows the windscreen to absorb road vibrations and resist cracking. All of our windscreens are factory pre-drilled and ready to install. Full System
Another great combination package - the FMF Powerbomb header and Powercore 4 Muffler.
The Powerbomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses improving scavenging. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.
The PowerCore4 muffler was developed to increase the horsepower and torque throughout the entire power curve and give you a noticeable power increase that is very usable and beneficial, no matter what your riding style or ability is.

Do you have the SW Motech Centerstand and Skid Plate mounted to your Africa Twin? If so, it is a great idea to mount up the Skid Plate Extension. This plate adds protection to the undercarriage where the engine guard ends, giving you a more complete protection system. 3mm thick aluminum plate mounts to tabs that are built into the Centerstand. The Centerstand and the CS Extension function seamlessly together. These two pieces assure that you are completely protected down under. Kit includes Centerstand, hardware and detailed instructions.

Engine Guard
Adventure bike heaven is off-road headed down a dirt road or a trail. If that is your dream, then as you know, you are going to fall. Sometime, someplace, it will happen, so be prepared! Save your bike before it happens.
SW-Motech makes some of the finest protection equipment available. The set-up for the Twin is available in a standard black powder coating or a semi-polished Stainless-Steel tubing. Both sets will protect the vital components of your motorcycle as well as you from damage incurred during a fall, slide or crash. They will preserve the frame, radiator, bodywork and other critical components from touching down with robust tubular steel. The black kit uses 27/21 mm tubing while the Stainless uses straight 22 mm tubing throughout.
Both configurations have a tight fit for great ground clearance and are designed to work seamlessly with other SW-Motech products like their Skid Plate/Engine Guard and SW-Motech Hawk light mounts. Three secure mounting points per side provide the necessary support that make these so strong. There is no drilling, cutting, welding or any other modifications required for mounting but still allows access to the oil filler, tool box and battery. Kit includes all necessary hardware and instructions and an aluminum cover to replace the OEM plastic cover at the lower mounting point on the left side.

JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.
Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

The Pro-Series’ sophisticated reservoir with interchangeable valves and shims, provides more tune-ability at all speeds. It also improves internal pressure balance and temperature dissipation, giving long lasting performance regardless of the punishment you put it through.
Comes standard with the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and a thrust bearing between the adjuster ring and the spring making preload adjustments easy.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.
If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.

Footpegs

One of the key features of Flex-Mount Footpegs is their unique flex-mount design. This design allows the footpegs to absorb shocks and vibrations, reducing fatigue and improving overall comfort during long rides. The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference.
They put an a90 bushing on all new mount setups so people can get a good feel for their mid range option. The bushings are high quality yet inexpensive (they achieve this because they use skateboard bushings that are already developed and produced in massive quantities around the world) and a wear item designed to be replaced each season or depending on how hard or often someone rides.

They designed their hardware to bend rather than break in a significant impact. A wrench or adjustable wrench will quickly and easily bend the bolt back straight. Please avoid using a hammer. A little leverage from a long-handled wrench or pipe will do the job. The whole system is rebuild-able and serviceable.
They Fit Kawasaki KLX110 and Yamaha TW200 however some of these bikes may need a little modification by yourself, Please check the size carefully before you buy. If you make mods to the footpegs for fitments it will void all warranties and return policies.

The SW-Motech Centerstand is something that should be an OEM item. Essential for flat tire repairs, tire changes, chain maintenance, oil changes, loading/unloading luggage and many other day-to-day maintenance operations.
Integration with OEM exhaust and sidestand is exceptional. The extended foot lever maximizes leverage making for easy elevation of your Twin. There are no penalties in clearance for these benefits. Tubular steel construction with a heavy-duty black powder coat provides for a stable foundation for supporting your motorcycle. No sacrifices were made to the performance or clearance of the Twin.
Installation is a simple bolt-on procedure; no drilling, cutting, welding or relocating other components for fitment. Package includes all necessary mounting hardware and detailed instructions.

Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat. This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.
These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

PSR dual sport mirrors come with a slightly convex mirror for a wider field of vision behind you. The round mirror is 4.25" in diameter while the oval is 3.75" x 3". These mirrors are easily adjustable and fold out of the way quickly with the 1" RAM mounts.
The RAM Ball Stud Base used for both mirrors will go into any standard 10x1.25 threaded mirror base.

Tread design:
The K60 Ranger’s new tread design has dirt and big bikes in mind. While the open block design should keep the tread from loading-up in muddy conditions, the compound and carcass should keep the ride stable when you’re back on the street. With features intended to give integrity to the side blocks, the K60 Ranger should be at home on single track or cruising down the highway.
Tubeless tires (TL) can be used with spoke wheels, but Tube Type (TT) tires cannot be used with TL wheels.

From Shinko Tires, the 705 Series are DOT approved Dual Sport tires designed for 75% street and 25% trail riding. A versatile tread pattern provides excellent wet and dry weather adhesion and the compound resists tearing while riding off-road. "R" in size denotes a radial tire.
Motoz Tractionator Desert H/T series of tires are renowned for great traction and long wear life. These tires are designed to handle hard terrain, fast and rocky trails as well as gravel roads and desert hard pack. Tricky off-cambers, ruts and hard braking at extreme lean angles are no problem for this DOT approved tire.
Note: Tubes can be run in Tubeless tires, but a Tube Type tire cannot be run Tubeless.

We offer two different types of SuperMoto tubes. The first are Standard Tubes and are meant to be used with standard bias-ply type tires, but can be used with radial tires also.
But, if you are running radial tires, like SuperMoto, or have a retro bikes with spoked wheels and radial tires, you probably want to run the 'Radial Tubes'. Front tubes fits 120/70 and 120/60 tires. Rear tubes fits 150/60, 150/70 and 160/60 tires. These have a metal valve stem.

Slime Tube Sealant is formulated and tested for use in all tube tires. Once installed, Slime remains liquid and will not harden or dry out. Slime is guaranteed for 2 years.
As the Slime treated tube rotates, centrifugal force pushes the sealant to the tread area creating a layer of protection, repairing punctures as they occur and treating existing punctures. Slime is not intended for use in tubes losing pressure from sidewall punctures, bead leaks, damaged rims or faulty valves. Slime for tube type tires is not recommended for use in tubeless tires.
