Rebuild your crusty carburetor with parts from the same manufacturer the OEM companies use. Included in the kit are all necessary gaskets, O-rings, float valve and jets you need to rebuild your carburetor to like new condition.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.

This kit does not include parts to mount aftermarket turn signals. The pre-installed processor board allows the turn signals to be integrated in to the tail light.

The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. Simply remove the stock relay and install your new TST relay and your wiring job is done. It's that simple!

Superior Filtration:

This should be the last oil filter you will ever buy. Made from laser cut, medical grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, this filter provides 200% more filter area than other filters in many cases. You have to pull the rotor off the crank of your KLR to access the doohickey. The offset in this factory Kawasaki wrench makes that very easy. It is very difficult to get a standard wrench to hold the crank to get the flywheel/rotor off.

Laser cut to the exact pattern that EBC makes their clutch plates from, it makes loosening and re-tightening the clutch nut easy. All of that and no worries about doing any damage to your expensive clutch hub.

Bottom line, if you have to hold your clutch hub to remove it, there is no better way to do it.

Chain slippers undergo degradation over time due to friction associated with the chain's movement. To maintain optimal operational performance, it is advised to replace worn components with authentic Honda parts.

These quality sprockets are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

Hose reducer to go from 5/16" line down to 1/4" line. Many bikes have 5/16" carburetor spigots but most aftermarket petcocks are 1/4". This solve the problem of mismatched sizes. We worked with TechSpec to have them make custom tank grip pads that look great on both Acerbis (5.3 and 6.6 gal.) and IMS tanks. These pads not only cover those ugly scuffs, but give great knee grip to the slippery plastic.

These have been tested on two of our shop bikes for over 3 years, they did not bubble or peel off in any way.

The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.

You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.

No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell. 

It features a semi-direct chamber design that is maintenance free. It's quiet too! Our own in-house testing showed an 84dB sound level using the USFS J1287 testing procedure. That is a bit louder than stock but significantly quieter than other aftermarket mufflers. 

The installed weight is approximately 8.5lbs and it includes a certified Spark-Arrester. 

This muffler requires a stock muffler joint gasket when used with either the stock headpipe or the FMF headpipe.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield. 

All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.

This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.

Here is a tool to help you remove a few links from a chain that is too long. A great tool to have in your tool box.

The head of the pivot pin you are going to remove must be ground down level with the side plate before using this tool to push it out. Failure to do that will cause damage to the tool that is not covered by any warranty!
