- Remove the oil filter from the motorcycle.
- Rinse the filter in a clean solvent such as alcohol, kerosene, carburetor cleaner, or any other de-greasing agent.
- Using canned or compressed air blow from the inside out to remove any small particles still trapped in the screen.
