Fork Cartridge Dampers
Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.
Simply put; Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Installation and tuning for any condition or rider preference is very straight-forward.
Simple to install and completely tunable for all conditions and rider preferences.

Don't want to buy a new shock? This rebuild makes the stock shock about 10 times better. Cogent Dynamics takes a stock DR650 shock, tears it down, cleans it up, adds a hard ceramic coating, then rebuilds it with a completely new Shock Shaft Assembly with rebound damping adjustment.
Any aftermarket spring for your stock shock will fit on this shock. If you are currently using the original spring, you will want to order a stiffer spring to go with your new shock.
Our 7.5 kg/mm rear spring is 16% stiffer than the stock one and is perfect for the majority of riders. If you are a larger rider, or carry a lot of gear or a passenger (total weight exceeding 250 pounds) you will probably want the 8.3 kg/mm rear spring which is 28% stiffer than stock.
This shock includes the Bling Ring preload adjusting ring AND the Thrust Bearing! This replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. This ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.
This option is ideal for those who desire the least amount of down time to install this suspension upgrade.

The Phillips screws in Japanese motorcycles are not really Phillips screws. They are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws that are very easy to strip with Phillips head drivers.
Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.

IMS Products 'Adventure Tank' for the Yamaha WR250R/X. They call this an Adventure tank because it maximizes your capacity preparing you for those extended trips without the need to stop and fill up. This tank has a 2.75 gallon advantage over the stock fuel tank and it handles it well.
IMS made this tank to replace the stock radiator shrouds and keep the fuel down low for a lower center of gravity, improving the handling and stability of the bike. They also have installed a lift pump to allow the stock fuel pump to stay in the standard position while efficiently utilizing the entire capacity of the tank. The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). We offer two different types of SuperMoto tubes. The first are Standard Tubes and are meant to be used with standard bias-ply type tires, but can be used with radial tires also.
But, if you are running radial tires, like SuperMoto, or have a retro bikes with spoked wheels and radial tires, you probably want to run the 'Radial Tubes'. Front tubes fits 120/70 and 120/60 tires. Rear tubes fits 150/60, 150/70 and 160/60 tires. These have a metal valve stem.
Standard Duty tubes are made with seamless construction from natural rubber with heavy duty valves. Great replacements for stock tubes and perfect as spares to carry on your bike.

The Neutral Sending Unit "NSU" on the DR650 can be a problem. The factory screws tend to loosen over time. You really would not want them to get loose in your motor! The permanent solution is to safety wire them. We looked high and low and finally found pre-drilled screws in the correct length and thread pitch. Here we offer a complete kit to take care of those pesky screws.
If you don't do this, you don't have a screw loose, you have TWO screws loose!

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.
This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.
During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

This LED headlight from JNS Engineering is DOT approved and an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. Included is a wiring harness and all the required hardware to make this installation quick and easy and mostly plug and play. The DOT kit does not have a daytime running light (parking light) and may require minor trimming on the backside of the fairing. The headlight features separate low and high beam projectors in a custom headlight shell designed specifically for this LED bulb. The primary advantage of this kit over the original is the DOT/SAE markings and a wider high beam pattern.

CNC machined from 5mm aluminum 5083 plate with lots of slots to attach your Rok Straps (or other straps). This gives a considerably wider deck than the standard B&B Rack. Attaches directly to the B&B rack with four screws that are included. Available in either polished aluminum or a black polymer coating.
These plates are pre-drilled and countersunk from the bottom making installation of a RotoPax mount quick and easy.
Some older carry racks will not have predrilled holes in them to mount luggage plate in which it will require you to drill yourself (select pre2018 version)

While plenty rugged to use as grab handles, you can keep your stock handles if you so desire. All necessary stainless clamps and bolts are provided.
If you want a wider platform for support, consider adding the luggage plate to this rack.
Bike must have the DR250 Taillight installed to work with this rack.It will not work with the stock USA taillight.

Precision Motorcycle Racks strongly recommends these side racks be used with their Top Rack because the racks use each other to mount properly. They were never intended to be used by themselves without the rear rack.
If you are going to mount these side racks without the use of their top rack please select the extra hardware kit option that includes 2 brackets, 2 steel spacers, and an extra hardware kit that is required for proper installation.
These side racks will not play nice with any other brand rear rack, and installation without their top rack will prove to be quite difficult.
Accessories
Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.
You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.
If you already have a Tool Tube you can order just the Locking End Cap and lock.
Does not fit if your bike is equipped with the new emissions system. The charcoal canister prevents the tool tube from being mounted properly.
