This kit includes a sealed LED headlight assembly with plug & play electrical connection, adjustable powder coated steel mounting bracket set, and mounting hardware. 

Installation is a five minute, one beer exercise. If you can change a residential light bulb you will have no problem installing this conversion kit. We promise.

Please note that you will need to reuse your OEM upper headlight mounting grommet and two aim adjustment springs.  Or add new ones to freshen up your whole headlight unit.

Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. These grommets are new Yamaha equipment and are used to help connect your side panels to the fuel tank on any year TW200.

This LED headlight from JNS Engineering is DOT approved and an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. Replace those narrow heavy OEM foot pegs with the ZETA Racing aluminum foot pegs. When you are on your dirt bike a stable platform when riding is important. The aluminum foot pegs offer a wider platform and the spikes offer more traction for your foot preventing you from slipping. Over all it offers more control on your bike. This is one of the gnarliest skid plate made for the KLR. Made from 3/16" aluminum, it is laser cut and CNC formed. All seams are welded on both sides and the entire plate is black texture powder coated. The plate mounts in minutes using stainless steel hardware.

Mounting is accomplished by drilling two holes on each side of your headlight cowl using the provided template. 13.5 inches tall, 11.5 inches wide at the bottom, and 8.5 inches wide at the top. Made from military aircraft grade cast acrylic.

Steel braided lines have a Teflon tube as a core wrapped with a stainless steel wire braided exterior which doesn't allow the brake lines to stretch under pressure like stock rubber lines do.

The benefit is a firmer brake lever with better feel because the energy that was going into stretching the stock lines now goes straight to the brakes.
