Your credit card details provided to Authorize.net are not accessible to any employee of ProCycle, Inc. The only information we receive is your billing address, shipping address, email, phone number, and order details.
Quick Security Tips:
- Never give your credit card details over the phone or email to anyone calling claiming to be an Authorize.net employee. They will never contact you in the event of a failed transaction. If in doubt, give us a call and let us know.
- It is not a good idea to make online purchases using a public computer. Public computers can be infected with viruses which can compromise your account details or store essential information in the computer's cache which can be accessed by someone using the computer after you.
- If you are not comfortable entering your card information online, we will gladly process your order by phone, FAX, or postal mail.
- In these cases, all of your credit card information will be shredded as soon as the order is placed.
Shipping to a location other than your billing address?
Due to the ever increasing world of scammers and identity thieves, we at ProCycle have a policy in place to help protect you, our valued customer.
If this is your first time shopping with us and you request that your order be shipped to an address that is different from your billing address we may send you an email with 3 options to choose from to help verify your identity (similar to being asked by a clerk at a store to see your ID to match to your payment method). Be sure to check your junk and spam folders for this email.
Once we receive a response with one of the 3 options we process your order right away.
Any future orders with us will likely not require this kind of verification if shipping to a different address.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy and recognize that not all e-commerce sites will go this far to reduce fraud. We are a small family owned company and take pride knowing we are doing what we can to protect your privacy.
