The KLR650 is rather hard on the cush drive rubbers. Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket hub. Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier.

The IMS Pro-Series foot pegs are made of stainless steel and are hard coated to prevent drooping.
They are the original Cast 17-4 Stainless steel pegs that revolutionized the foot peg market.
These pegs are 50mm(1.95") x 78mm(3.1").
2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.
Every new set of pegs comes with a 90A bushing installed. This is a medium flex rating.
80A is the softest and 95A lock-out is the stiffest and has the least amount of flex.
The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference.
The bushings are high quality yet inexpensive (they achieve this because they use skateboard bushings that are already developed and produced in massive quantities around the world) and a wear item designed to be replaced each season or depending on how hard or often someone rides.

With this upgrade, you can avoid having to keep new replacement cotter pins on hand every time you adjust your chain.
This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.
Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.
The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

When upgrading your Honda XR150L with LED turn signals, it's necessary to install a diode module to prevent all of the signals from blinking at once regardless of left or right signal activation. These heavy-duty aluminum brackets are laser cut from 0.190" 5052 Aluminum then powdercoated black. Designed specifically for mounting auxiliary lights to the front of your DR650, the mount goes between the fender and the lower triple clamp. Longer fender bolts are included in each kit. installs in 10 minutes.
Three options are available: two different dual mounts that place the lights outside the fender and a single, center type mount. The 2" mount is for smaller type lights and is 8-5/8" between the mounting holes while the 3" is 10-3/8" between the mounting holes. If you are going to use larger style lights, the 3" mount is for you.
Note! The Dual 2" and 3" mounts do not work with the Acerbis 6.6 gallon tank! They make contact prior to full lock. Mounts are fine with other oversize tanks.

When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards.
