If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. This kit will work with the 6.6 Gallon Acerbis fuel tank for the DR650. You must run the light brackets inwards in order for there to be proper clearance with the 6.6. Gallon tank.

This LED headlight from JNS Engineering is DOT approved and an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. The Pro-Series is the suspension performance pinnacle. Cogent takes Mojave’s best-in-class performance and adds an external reservoir.

The Pro-Series’ sophisticated reservoir with interchangeable valves and shims, provides more tune-ability at all speeds. It also improves internal pressure balance and temperature dissipation, giving long lasting performance regardless of the punishment you put it through.

Comes standard with the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and a thrust bearing between the adjuster ring and the spring making preload adjustments easy.

The optional Hydraulic Preload Adjuster makes it even easier to adjust the preload. Just twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (See last image)  (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. *Spring color may vary due to specification requirement and availability.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.

If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

The correct spring rate for your weight will give a smoother more controlled ride. No more bottoming out, and improved traction and confidence off-road.
8.6 & 9.6 springs require an adapter which is included.

Here is everything you need to upgrade your TW200 front suspension. Kit includes: Heavy Duty Fork Springs, Cartridge Emulators, Oil Seals, Dust Seals, and 10w Fork Oil. Just choose the spring rate you want and enjoy your TW even more!

Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock.

Installation requires disassembling your forks and drilling out your damper rods.

The bushings act like the suspension on your bike. With bushings, there are a couple of things to think about. The more firm the bushing the more durable and longer it will last. They use a durometer, a hardness scale 0 being the softest and 100 being the hardest. They don't go below a80 because they found that durability isn't great below this but have tested as low as a60 bushings. A bigger person that rides enduro-style terrain might want an a96 or a98 rated bushing. A lighter person might want the opposite but in the end, it comes down to personal preference. 

They put an a90 bushing on all new mount setups so people can get a good feel for their mid range option. The bushings are high quality yet inexpensive (they achieve this because they use skateboard bushings that are already developed and produced in massive quantities around the world) and a wear item designed to be replaced each season or depending on how hard or often someone rides.

 They designed their hardware to bend rather than break in a significant impact. A wrench or adjustable wrench will quickly and easily bend the bolt back straight. Please avoid using a hammer. A little leverage from a long-handled wrench or pipe will do the job. The whole system is rebuild-able and serviceable.

They Fit Kawasaki KLX110 and Yamaha TW200 however some of these bikes may need a little modification by yourself, Please check the size carefully before you buy. If you make mods to the footpegs for fitments it will void all warranties and return policies. 

You want a lighter replacement for your heavy steel stock tank? Don't need the extended range (or bulk) of a big tank? The 3.7 gallon tank from Clarke might be just right. You’d be amazed at the dirt and debris that can work its way into your gas can – and from there, your fuel tank. Twin Air’s monofilament screen pocket inserts in your tank to catch particles as small as 40 microns (.00165”) while allowing the gas to flow freely. 

The flange is custom-sized for each modern 4-stroke model to ensure a leak-proof seal. Just remove the filter periodically, turn it inside-out, and clean out the debris that could have been in your engine.

Will not work with factory locking gas caps.

2 high-quality bushings per set. They recommend changing bushings every 40 hours or at least once a year to get the best performance out of a set. If you are on an Adventure Bike and are doing a lot of road miles they recommend swapping out bushings once a year to ensure that you get the most vibration dampening of the bushings.

Every new set of pegs comes with a 90A bushing installed. This is a medium flex rating. 
80A is the softest and 95A lock-out is the stiffest and has the least amount of flex.

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. Chain sliders undergo performance degradation over time due to the friction experienced by the chain. To maintain optimal functionality, it is recommended to replace worn components with genuine Honda parts.

We recommend using the Rear Sprocket Bolt Kit when installing most aftermarket sprockets on your TW.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.

Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.
