This frame includes six, white, full-spectrum LED bulbs on a 6-inch strip for bright illumination of your license plate. It is made in a sturdy cast aluminum, and is powder coated with a durable black finish.

This Kit replaces vital components in the BST40 Carburetor including new o-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat (needle jet and other pressed in jets are not included in kit) to return the stock Mikuni BST40 Carburetor to like-new operation. It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. The manufacturer recently decided to make half of the kit Copper washers as that is the material of choice for many OEM manufactures. This gives you the opportunity to decide which you prefer, but either will work great at creating a leak-free seal between the case and the drain plug.

Corbin has replaced the stock two-piece seat with a single seat model to provide more structural support. Corbin has created two models, one to maintain the stock seat height, and one to provide an easier ground reach like the stock seat in a lower position. By designing each seat specifically, they were able to keep excellent ergonomics. Corbin's saddles are designed to work with the optional Honda saddlebags. Mounts to the motorcycle similar to stock and secures with the Honda key lock system. All brackets are included and pre-mounted on the seat so it's ready for immediate installation.

Passenger seating area is designed with a neutralized platform to resist sliding forward in the saddle. Dished shaping provides an excellent contact patch and maintaining a clean look. If you are adapting a GSXR or Hayabusa muffler to your DR650 you will need a fresh gasket that seals between the muffler and the mid-pipe adapter. There are two sizes depending on which OEM muffler you are using. The 4-bolt mufflers use the 2-1/2" OD seal ring. The 3-bolt mufflers use the 2-3/4" OD seal ring.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.

Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound. In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.

The Valve has a partially drilled bleed hole in the center. IT MUST BE DRILLED BY THE END USER TO THE PROPER SIZE (2.8mm).
