The Nomadic Rack for the early generation KLR650. CNC laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum with a large 12" x 18" mounting surface area. Sand blasted and then powder coated black to give it a shot peened look. This rack is an easy installation with no modifications required. There are multiple strap slots for securing gear bags and cargo. Rack is compatible with RotoPax mount. All hardware and instructions included.
Packages available include Rack with the RotoPax Mount or if you really want it all, you can order the Rack, Mount and a Fuel or Water Container.
Wide Adventure rack for the WR. Precision laser cut from .25" 5052 aluminum then powder coated black with a shot peened look. This rack is 11" x 17.5" and has numerous tie points for straps or bungees to secure a load. It is pre-drilled for a RotopaX mount. Easy installation means it is bolted to the bike in 10 minutes. There is some minor drilling of the plastic to be done. All necessary hardware and complete instructions included.
DRZ400 rack is available in both a Utility and Sport version. The Sport version is 9" x 9" and the Utility is a full 2" longer for added storage space. Both of the S/SM racks have tabs so you can bolt the stock tool bag on.

Electrical
ProCycle Dashboard designed to power multiple electronic devices. It can also be used for accessory lights, heated grips or gear, whatever you like. You can also use the two pre-drilled holes to attach a RAM mount and place your phone or GPS unit on that while charging.
The dash panel is manufactured from laser cut 5/64 mild steel and powder coated black. Also included are 2 weather resistant green LED rocker switches, a voltmeter with two 4.2 amp weather resistant USB ports, a wiring harness with a built in 20 amp fuse/holder, and complete instructions. Everything you need to mount it and connect the outlets back to the battery.
**If you would like the Voltmeter & USB ports to be powered by a "key-on" power source, add the "Auxiliary Power Plug" adapter to your order and you will be able to connect the positive and negative terminals directly into the aux plug behind the cowling for a quicker and easier installation as well.

This box moves up the rev limiter allowing higher revs. It also has a hotter advance curve from the OEM box. This allows for a bit crisper throttle response and easier starting.

Chemicals
Evans Waterless Coolant (EWC) can be used for all water cooled motorcycles to eliminate overheating. With a boiling point in excess of 375° F, it will not vaporize, thus eliminating overheating, boil-over and after-boil. At the other end of the spectrum, EWC freezes below -40° F.
EWC also delivers more power by eliminating pre-ignition and detonation caused by overheating, thus improving combustion efficiency. It also generates very low vapor pressures which reduces strain on cooling system components. EWC comes in 1/2 gal. containers.

Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.
If you weigh up to 250 pounds, select the .64 spring kit. If you are over 250 or carry lots of luggage, please select the .70 spring kit. Please call if you have any further questions.
All of these kits include DDCs, springs, fork oil and preload spacers.
These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs .42 kg/mm.

The Moab shock from Cogent Dynamics will change how you feel about your KLR. You may like it now, maybe even like it a lot, but you will absolutely fall in love with it once you mount up a Moab shock.
Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.
For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.
If you have '87-'07 KLR, you MUST order a new mounting bolt. Not required for 2008-2018 models.

Wheel bearing kit contains all of the bearings and seals required to re-fit a wheel.
Wheel bearings typically fail from water and dirt contamination. These wheel bearing were developed in partnership with KML Bearing and is designed for the difficult operating environment of the Power Sport industry.

From our friends at JNS Engineering, a very nice mount for a set of auxiliary lights on the front of your KLR650. Laser cut from 0.190" 5052 aluminum it is CNC formed and then powdercoated black. One of the best benefits is that it will not interfere with even the largest aftermarket fuel tanks. All included mounting hardware is stainless steel.
Auxiliary Lights
Available in two wattage configurations: 30 watts and 42 watts, which produce luminous outputs of 5000 lumens and 7000 lumens, respectively. Does your stock vacuum operated petcock not shut off when your bike is parked? Replace your stock vacuum operated petcock with this manual one. Must be shut off any time the bike is parked for more than a few hours. Fits stock or aftermarket tanks. Plastic tanks may need the hole 'ovalized' to fit the dual standpipes.

Fuel Line
You’d be amazed at the dirt and debris that can work its way into your gas can – and from there, your fuel tank. Twin Air’s monofilament screen pocket inserts in your tank to catch particles as small as 40 microns (.00165”) while allowing the gas to flow freely.
The flange is custom-sized for each modern 4-stroke model to ensure a leak-proof seal. Just remove the filter periodically, turn it inside-out, and clean out the debris that could have been in your engine.
Will not work with factory locking gas caps.
Inside tank inlet diameter must be approximately 43.5mm (1.71") to fit.

This kit is for those of you looking for a bit more arm room and a better platform for your feet in the TW cockpit. Included are ProCycle Wide Foot Pegs and our oversize bars with 30mm risers.
- ProCycle Wide Pegs are wider MX style pegs that are much more comfortable when standing.
- These are not only taller bars, but 1-1/8" at the clamp area for additional strength. They taper down to 7/8" on the ends so all the stock controls fit. Black in color.
- 30mm Moose risers that raise the handlebar 30mm.
Kit does not include new throttle tube. If you have 2001 or newer TW200 and would like a new billet aluminum throttle tube, please select the addon box to receive one with your order.

Complete Seat
Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.
These features combine to offer a custom seat feel, and provide greater enjoyment and increased range on a long commute, or Dual-Sport ride!
