Dyno and field tested, the Power Surge 6X will allow correction for humidity, temperature, air pressure, along with race fuels and motor modifications. The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

These pegs from SW Motech are a very cost effective way of getting a much larger footpeg than stock under your feet (2" by 3"). The removable and replaceable rubber cover is a another great feature. It helps isolate vibrations through your feet on those long highway jaunts but you can remove it in a few minutes when you get into slippery conditions that require better traction. Last but not least, you can change position a full 15mm. Two mount holes where the peg bolts to the mount allow that much adjustability. Entire peg mounts right up to your stock frame foot peg mount, no modifications necessary.

The pegs are made out of stainless steel and attach to a CNC machined aluminum bracket that goes into your stock mounts on your DL. These can replace your worn out stock pegs, give you a rubber peg when needed and a serrated edge when needed and look great doing it, what more could you ask for?

Front fender from ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. The stock lamp that comes with this rally light is great, but you can get  well over double the brightness  with the LED upgrade at a substantially lower power draw. Note if your bike is ac powered at the headlight you will need the rectifier for the LED option.. AKA carbureted KTM's CRFX and XR400/650.. others may apply.

Use these brackets to mount your light weight auxillary lights or turn signals. They will bolt directly on to the DR650 lower triple clamp bolts. This makes for a clean 'tucked in' installation. Sold in pairs.

This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. Wire lengths, component locations, and end terminals are all predetermined and assembled for you. No electrical expertise needed! The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.

This eliminates the need for a separate switch to operate your auxiliary lights. When your high beam is on, your auxiliary lights will be too. Back to low beam and those high-powered beams will be off so you don't bother oncoming vehicles. There's also an in-line fuse holder for safety and peace of mind. A simple one page instruction sheet is included.

A compact and lightweight solution to eliminate the SNAP for a safer tow. If you have ever towed a motorcycle you are familiar with the snap that comes with a traditional tow strap. GCAG made the Dynatow with a section that gives 32 inches of stretch so both riders have an easier tow.

The 26 foot total length gives you enough room to maneuver around obstacles and allows the freedom to choose better lines if you are towing in the gnar.

The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.

You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.

Reduce exhaust leaks with this new OEM muffler gasket. This gasket goes between the rear tail/muffler pipe and the header pipe.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Reduce exhaust leaks with this new exhaust gasket. This gasket goes between the header pipe and the cylinder head.

We recommend Anti-Seize on exhaust fasteners.

Heavy Duty replacement Voltage Regulator. More robust, but lower cost than the factory unit.

Performance CDI for the Yamaha TTR125 increases the rev limit by 1,000 RPM over the stock rev limit.  Easier starting, crisper throttle response.

This CDI box is a direct plug in replacement CDI. Simply locate and remove the stock CDI, and plug the new unit directly into the wiring harness, no modification needed. Suitable for stock and modified machines.

It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds.
