Delivery was on-time and packaged well. Watch a few You-tube videos, there are many good ones out there. Also, something other than a manual stapler is likely required. I used a pneumatic one and it was very easy. Go slow and stretch and check a lot that its even. You may even have to take a couple staples out and reposition. In the end this is SOOOO much better than the stock seat (obviously). Also, this is the cheapest option as it doensn't look like Seat Concepts offers the do it yourself kit anymore. At least I couldn't find it.
