Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with the FRITZCO DRIVELINE sprocket. The design of their sprockets provide correct chain alignment, allows for full spline contact with the XR650L's output shaft, fit the counter shaft either way, and straight up no hassle installation with the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners (except 13 tooth that comes with it's own quick change retainer). Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that is comparable in every way to OEM Honda and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Honda output shaft and longest wear life possible.
A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.
16 tooth sprocket is the biggest front sprocket that will run with the standard 110 link chain and 45 tooth rear sprocket on an XR650L The OEM cover will require modifying to use the 16 tooth sprocket on your XR650L.

The Dynojet Auto Tune kit is an "add on" accessory that can be used with any of our Power Commander V’s. It connects to the PCV with a single cable and requires only a ground and +12 volt connection to be made to install. If your exhaust does not already have one, a "weld in" O2 sensor bung is included.
Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work.
The perfect complement to our Power Commander V or AutoTune modules, the POD-300 gives you an accurate real-time reading of your vehicle’s vital fuel, engine and air information.
Featuring a robust array of options, you can toggle the display, so the data most important to you is front-and-center. Some KLR models from 2004 - 2007 may have a longer shank that do not allow the bolts to tighten to the bearing. If that is the case, we recommend the addition of either a 14 mm split type lock washer or a 15 mm flat washer under the nut of both link mounting bolts.

Laser cut to the exact pattern that EBC makes their clutch plates from, it makes loosening and re-tightening the clutch nut easy. All of that and no worries about doing any damage to your expensive clutch hub.

The Phillips type screws used in Japanese motorcycles are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws and are easy to strip if you are using a regular Phillips screwdriver.
