Made from laser-cut, medical-grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, this filter provides 200% more filter area over many paper filters, catching debris down to 35 microns. The FLO filter pleat seam is welded and able to withstand up to 600 deg. F. Filter maintains consistent flow under all conditions including extreme heat, the presence of water and cold start-ups where paper filters can flow so poorly that they often cause the bypass valve to open and allow unfiltered oil to enter your engine.
This cleanable oil filter should be the last one you ever purchase.

Gas Tanks
Get better range from your DR650 by adding an IMS 4.9 gallon fuel tank. Available in Natural, White, Black and Blue. Natural color is recommended if you wish to easily see the fuel level in the tank. Includes cap and fuel petcock.
You want a lighter replacement for your heavy steel stock tank? Don't need the extended range (or bulk) of a big tank? The 3.7 gallon tank from Clarke might be just right. It's almost 5 lbs lighter and holds close to 1/2 gallon more fuel than stock to increase your range by about 20 miles. Fits with your stock petcock, Pingel or Raptor petcock.
Accessories
If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.
These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.
If you're like us, you hate the long floppy vent hose hanging off the cap of your aftermarket tank.
This one-way vent cap replaces the long hose with a short one only about 2" long. It allows air into your tank but prevents fuel from sloshing out.

Fuel Line
You’d be amazed at the dirt and debris that can work its way into your gas can – and from there, your fuel tank. Twin Air’s monofilament screen pocket inserts in your tank to catch particles as small as 40 microns (.00165”) while allowing the gas to flow freely.
The flange is custom-sized for each modern 4-stroke model to ensure a leak-proof seal. Just remove the filter periodically, turn it inside-out, and clean out the debris that could have been in your engine.
Will not work with factory locking gas caps.
Inside tank inlet diameter must be approximately 43.5mm (1.71") to fit.

Mounting is accomplished by drilling two holes on each side of your headlight cowl using the provided template. 13.5 inches tall, 11.5 inches wide at the bottom, and 8.5 inches wide at the top. Made from military aircraft grade cast acrylic.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield.
All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.
This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.
Parabellum LTD. has continued the highly demanded Rally Shield line by fitting up the 1993-present Honda XR650L. Complete Kit
Formerly DSA, now ProCycle brand, is a plastics kit in three colors - Black, White, and Blue, as well as Blue fenders with White side panels and Black fenders with White side panels. (headlight cowl not included).
Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. The side panels have a crisper, more angular look than the stock parts while the front fender is shaped like the DRZ400SM OEM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does.
Kits include front and rear fenders, a new LED tail/brake light and license plate holder, and both side panels.
Add a fresh new side panel hardware kit and an adhesive heat shield for a fresh off the showroom floor look.
Add a stock Suzuki headlight cowl if you are doing a complete color change to your DR (must select plastic kit with head light cowl option)
Front Fender
Front fender from ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. Vacuum molded, these are a design improvement over stock. These are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic.
Side Panels
Quality parts from Acerbis. Replace those big white ones with black ones for a custom look, or you can just replace your trashed white ones with crisp clean new ones for that great stock look.
Depending on your application and preferences, more than one optional heat shield may be useful.

MotoPressor Tire Gauge comes with two chucks. A straight chuck for "easy to get at" valve stems PLUS a 45° chuck for those "not so easy to get at" valve stems.
We all know what a pain fuel Station gauges are. Most are woefully inaccurate and impossible to get onto a motorcycle valve stem. Enter the MotoPressor Tire Gauge…simply attach the MotoPressor Tire Gauge to your valve stem, attach the fuel station chuck to the inline fitting on the gauge and get an instant and accurate reading in PSI or KPA.
No need to switch between the gauge and air compressor hose! Added a little too much air to your tire? Simply press the air bleed button and adjust to your desired pressure.
NOTE: When swapping out the chuck, use plumbers tape on the hose thread. Wrap the thread, in a clockwise direction with 3 - 5 wraps of plumbers tape. Screw on the new chuck and tighten. Failure to follow these instructions will result in air leak!

Side Stand
Your choice of an aluminum bolt-on foot pad or a steel weld-on unit. Each will make the footprint of the stock side stand considerably larger, preventing your DR from tipping over in soft terrain. The bolt-on unit is cut from aluminum and then powder coated black, it comes with stainless steel mounting hardware.
The bolt-on pad and does require use of a drill for installation. The weld-on pad will need to be welded to the stand and then the entire unit painted for corrosion protection.

Organic brake pads contain man-made high-performance fibers that are used for their light weight, high strength abrasion resistance and thermal stability. These Aramid fibers have a high strength-to-weight, thermal stability and abrasion resistance to provide advantages over steel fiber-based products. They provide excellent stopping power without noise and rotor galling but still provide fingertip control and strong, predictable brake response.
Double-H sintered metal brake pads feature the HH friction rating, the highest in the industry. These pads provide maximum brake effect and last twice as long as organic pads.
Semi-sintered pads have an all new recipe containing 30% copper by weight with an organic matrix. This design combines the long life of a sintered pad with the great feel and lack of rotor damage common with full-sintered pads. These can be used to replace Kevlar or sintered metal compound pads.

Shock
The Moab shock from Cogent Dynamics will change how you feel about your KLR. You may like it now, maybe even like it a lot, but you will absolutely fall in love with it once you mount up a Moab shock.
Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.
For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.
If you have '87-'07 KLR, you MUST order a new mounting bolt. Not required for 2008-2018 models.

The Pro-Series is the suspension performance pinnacle. Cogent takes Mojave’s best-in-class performance and adds an external reservoir.
The Pro-Series’ sophisticated reservoir with interchangeable valves and shims, provides more tune-ability at all speeds. It also improves internal pressure balance and temperature dissipation, giving long lasting performance regardless of the punishment you put it through.
Comes standard with the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and a thrust bearing between the adjuster ring and the spring making preload adjustments easy.
The optional Hydraulic Preload Adjuster makes it even easier to adjust the preload. Just twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (See last image) (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)
Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. *Spring color may vary due to specification requirement and availability.
For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.
If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.
Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

Race Tech HP Springs have a high stiffness-to-mass ratio. In other words; the springs are light weight for their particular spring rate. This requires the finest materials and processing. Shot-peened and pre-set so they cannot sack out. All Race Tech HP Springs have the highest rate tolerances in the industry. These are the finest springs in the world-guaranteed.
This spring is 8.0kg/mm
OEM spring rates are 5.7-7.6kg/mm progressive style.

No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.
If you weigh up to 250 pounds, select the .64 spring kit. If you are over 250 or carry lots of luggage, please select the .70 spring kit. Please call if you have any further questions.

Lowering Link
Lowers the rear suspension. Precision machined from billet aluminum and anodized.
*Important when lowering the rear suspension you want to raise the fork tubes in the clamps an equal amount of inches that the rear is being lowered. That way your bike will sit level when done.
Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.

The Apollo Heated Grips are designed with an integrated adjustable thumb switch, which allows them to easily fit on any kind of motorcycles on the market. The integrated thumb switch gives control to the rider to adjust the temperature level while keeping hands on the bar for a safer ride.
Its wide temperature setting range will keep the rider comfortable under the cold riding conditions.

From our friends at JNS Engineering, a very nice mount for a set of auxiliary lights on the front of your KLR650. Laser cut from 0.190" 5052 aluminum it is CNC formed and then powdercoated black. Cable
The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.
CNC machined from billet aluminum and anodized black or blue. If you want to retain your handlebar mounted choke this may be the solution.
These no longer fit the new version of the ProCycle Remote Choke Cable. Will not work with the long or short reach choke knobs.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.
Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.
The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.
The X-Grip with handlebar mount is best suited for larger phones up to 4.5" wide. The spring loaded X-Grip cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit. Kit also includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.
