The billet 6061 head and the hard anodized tube are significantly stronger than the stock stand. An oversized foot will assure that the end of your stand stays where it belongs, rather than eight inches underground with your bike lying on top of it. The design is trail proven in the harshest possible conditions. Because nothing is indestructible, any of the kickstand components are replaceable at a lower cost than purchasing an OEM kickstand.

Made from laser-cut, medical-grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, this filter provides 200% more filter area over many paper filters, catching debris down to 35 microns. The FLO filter pleat seam is welded and able to withstand up to 600 deg. F. This windscreen mounts securely to the three stock windshield holes as well as the two side cowling mounts. The shield is 14 inches tall, 13 inches wide at the bottom narrowing to 11 inches at the top. Made from 3/16" military aircraft grade cast acrylic.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield. 

All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.

This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.

Parabellum LTD. has continued the highly demanded Rally Shield line by fitting up the 1993-present Honda XR650L. This is an upright Dakar Rally inspired shield, designed to protect the rider without interfering with off-road riding. For on-road riding the Rally shield protects the rider’s chest from fatiguing air blasts while keeping the head in clean air. Duck behind it in the cold or the rain to keep from experiencing the brunt of the elements. During off-road riding the Rally windshield protects the rider from mud, dust, roots, rocks, or branches without becoming invasive. Their Rally shields have been tested in the toughest conditions including an entire SORCS hare scramble season.

What's included in the kit:
Their complete drop-in system is custom-made for your bike and includes everything needed to mount and position the shield. Your bike will not require any modification.

The custom shield bolts to the brackets out in front of your instrument cluster. With the shield separated from the front of the bike you can adjust it for the optimum height, angle and airflow. Formerly DSA, now ProCycle brand, is a plastics kit in three colors - Black, White, and Blue, as well as Blue fenders with White side panels and Black fenders with White side panels. (headlight cowl not included).

Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. The side panels have a crisper, more angular look than the stock parts while the front fender is shaped like the DRZ400SM OEM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does.

Kits include front and rear fenders, a new LED tail/brake light and license plate holder, and both side panels.

Add a fresh new side panel hardware kit and an adhesive heat shield for a fresh off the showroom floor look.

Add a stock Suzuki headlight cowl if you are doing a complete color change to your DR (must select plastic kit with head light cowl option)

MotoPressor Tire Gauge comes with two chucks. A straight chuck for "easy to get at" valve stems PLUS a 45° chuck for those "not so easy to get at" valve stems. 

We all know what a pain fuel Station gauges are. Most are woefully inaccurate and impossible to get onto a motorcycle valve stem. Enter the MotoPressor Tire Gauge…simply attach the MotoPressor Tire Gauge to your valve stem, attach the fuel station chuck to the inline fitting on the gauge and get an instant and accurate reading in PSI or KPA. 

No need to switch between the gauge and air compressor hose! Added a little too much air to your tire? Simply press the air bleed button and adjust to your desired pressure. 

NOTE: When swapping out the chuck, use plumbers tape on the hose thread. Wrap the thread, in a clockwise direction with 3 - 5 wraps of plumbers tape. Screw on the new chuck and tighten. Failure to follow these instructions will result in air leak!

From Shinko Tires, the 705 Series are DOT approved Dual Sport tires designed for 75% street and 25% trail riding. A versatile tread pattern provides excellent wet and dry weather adhesion and the compound resists tearing while riding off-road. "R" in size denotes a radial tire.

Dunlop designed the D606 tire to be street-legal but with an emphasis on aggressive off-road riding and great durability. A full-depth tread pattern designed for rigorous off-road use yields excellent traction on everything from hard-packed fire roads to soft single-track trails. At the same time, the D606's tread compound is engineered for good highway durability and grip.

The Dunlop D606 is R rated (max speed of 106 mph)

This is a high-quality seat cover done by Moose for the TTR. This is a replacement cover only, no seat foam and you must install on your existing pan with existing foam. Strong marine-grade vinyl that's made to last. UV protected from sunlight for extended use and has double stitching for extra strength.

Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a plusher ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

Organic brake pads contain man-made high-performance fibers that are used for their light weight, high strength abrasion resistance and thermal stability. These Aramid fibers have a high strength-to-weight, thermal stability and abrasion resistance to provide advantages over steel fiber-based products. They provide excellent stopping power without noise and rotor galling but still provide fingertip control and strong, predictable brake response.

Double-H sintered metal brake pads feature the HH friction rating, the highest in the industry. These pads provide maximum brake effect and last twice as long as organic pads.

Semi-sintered pads have an all new recipe containing 30% copper by weight with an organic matrix. This design combines the long life of a sintered pad with the great feel and lack of rotor damage common with full-sintered pads. These can be used to replace Kevlar or sintered metal compound pads.

Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.

For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.

This complete fork upgrade kit includes stiffer fork springs and Race Tech cartridge emulators, as well as a set of top quality fork seals and fork oil to complete the job. Everything you need to transform your mushy stock forks into suspension that really works.

You can select from various straight rate springs to customize the package to your needs.

Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.

Simply put; Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Installation and tuning for any condition or rider preference is very straight-forward.

Protect your head pipe from rock damage. This stainless steel spine clamps to your head pipe to add a layer of protective armor between your vulnerable pipe and those nasty rocks or logs. Fits the stock headpipe. Will fit the FMF head pipe with the addition of larger clamps.

JT Sprockets are made from the latest generation of computer design and control metal cutting equipment for maximum durability. Front sprockets are made from chromoly SCM420 steel alloy. All sprockets are heat-treated and hand-finished to meet or exceed the highest possible quality standards.

Quality steel sprockets and EK SRO6 O-ring chain. We put them together to make a complete, affordable kit. Chain comes with clip type master link.

Quality steel front sprockets. Choose 525 or 520. Also available 'Wide Boss' JTF438 520 sprockets.

  All 520 sprockets require a new retainer plate, please add on if purchasing this size.

These masterlinks fit the original OEM Suzuki chain. The original chain is marked DID 525 V8. Choose from Clip Type or Rivet Type.
 

This anodized billet piece, brings a touch of color to your bike. Available in red or blue, it replaces the stamped steel clevis that connects your brake pedal to the master cylinder.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.

Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.

The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.

The X-Grip with handlebar mount is best suited for larger phones up to 4.5" wide. The spring loaded X-Grip cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit. Kit also includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.

This seat is black 'carbon fiber' on top and 'asphalt' on the sides, with red welts, exactly as shown. Slight discrepancies with cover under seat, and slightly off center foam thickness, indicated in pictures. As is, no warranty.

Corbin seats are carefully designed to provide a comfortable riding position. They are firm and supportive which allows you to ride all day without fatigue unlike the stock seat.
