B&B Off Road's Honda CRF250 Rally bash plate is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate. This grade of aluminum is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding and abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. This thrust bearing is designed to sit between the shock spring and the preload adjusting nut on the shock. This bearing will eliminate spring binding during shock action and will make turning the preload collars much easier. The bearing kit includes two cupped washers, one thrust bearing and inner & outer o-rings to keep out water and dirt.

Sun rims are our favorite. They are very strong and come very round and true right out of the box. Sun rims make building a wheel enjoyable. Standard rims are silver but Sun rims are also available in black or gold. Sun rims are made in the USA.

New off-road wheels for your KTM 950 or 990 from Warp 9. Both are OEM sizing, 21" x 2.15" front and 18" x 4.25" rear. These rims are made from 7050 alloy Aluminum, much stronger and thicker than the stock rims.

Hubs are CNC machined and available in silver, black, orange or blue. Rims come in black with heavy gauge stainless steel spokes and nipples. The front wheel includes dual 300mm stainless steel floating rotors that are recessed to accept your stock ABS ring for the 990.

The rear wheel has a 240mm rotor included and can accept a stock cush drive sprocket carrier. Or you can add a matching billet sprocket carrier and 42T sprocket.

Designed and built for Dual-Sport and Adventure bikes, the Nitron Adventure Series R1, R2 and R3 shocks offer exceptional road and trail performance. Using billet aluminum components, a large heavy-duty 16mm piston rod and a high-flow capacity 46mm piston, this shock flows much more oil for a more consistent, fade-free performance than most other shocks.

Nitron shocks are custom built for your specific weight, if you have a passenger or luggage add that weight as well. Lastly your riding conditions; do you ride mainly paved roads, dirt roads, trails? Please provide a percentage of each you ride. This information is essential to the building of the shock. Lighting stators allow you to power a headlight and other electrical accessories, even if your bike originally does not have a lighting stator. Lighting stators contain two separate circuits, one for ignition & one for lights, so installing one will not effect the way your engine runs.

New tires and tubes deserve new rim strips! Choose the correct size for your wheels and toss-out those old cracked and broken ones.

For 19" rims, please order the 18" rim strip. These fit just fine!

Be sure to order the 2.25" wide strip ONLY if you have SuperMoto rear rim. This is a 16" strip that will fit your 17" SM rim perfectly!
