Superior Filtration:

This should be the last oil filter you will ever buy. Made from laser cut, medical grade, 304 stainless steel micronic filter cloth, this filter provides 200% more filter area in many cases. Most good paper filters will pass particles in the 90 to 95 micron range, and some tested, as much as 300 microns. Sand is about 125 microns and a white blood cell approximately 25 microns. Scott's stainless filter catches items down to 35 microns "absolute", which is about 3 times better than most good paper or brass filters. The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. radiator stone guard is machined from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate. The extra thickness of material provides superior strength and protection against larger debri as well as small rocks etc. Radiator guards can be fitted in approx ½ hr or less using basic tools. Here is a tool to help you remove a few links from a chain that is too long. A great tool to have in your tool box.

The head of the pivot pin you are going to remove must be ground down level with the side plate before using this tool to push it out. Failure to do that will cause damage to the tool that is not covered by any warranty!

All of these lines are stronger and more durable than vinyl fuel lines and are resistant to swelling, UV light, as well as hardening and cracking.

The chain slider protects the swingarm from contact with the chain. Replace yours before it wears through to the swingarm.

Chain sliders undergo performance degradation over time due to the friction experienced by the chain. To maintain optimal functionality, it is recommended to replace worn components with genuine Honda parts.

The KLX 250s comes softly sprung which can be great for lighter riders who are not using the bike for hard off-road riding. This Cogent Dynamics, custom engineered spring fits your shock like the OEM spring (without spacers or adapters) and firms up the rear suspension.

Included in this kit are .42 kg/mm fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and two bottles of 5w fork oil.

These springs are custom wound specifically for the XT250. Stiffer than the stock springs, these will make your front perform significantly better. Combine them with the Cogent DDC's and you will be very happy with the results. Sold as pairs .42 kg/mm.

This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. Wire lengths, component locations, and end terminals are all predetermined and assembled for you. No electrical expertise needed! The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.

This eliminates the need for a separate switch to operate your auxiliary lights. When your high beam is on, your auxiliary lights will be too. Back to low beam and those high-powered beams will be off so you don't bother oncoming vehicles. There's also an in-line fuse holder for safety and peace of mind. A simple one page instruction sheet is included.

This is a plug & play low profile LED light bar kit which includes laser cut stainless steel mounting brackets and high quality wire taps.
