If you answer "yes" to any or all of the questions above, then our Auto Tune kit is for you. The Dynojet Auto Tune kit is an "add on" accessory that can be used with any of the Power Commander Vs

It connects to the PCV with a single cable and requires only a ground and +12 volt connection to be made to install. If your exhaust does not already have one, a "weld in" O2 sensor bung is included

Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work.

The product that you are purchasing is designed and intended for closed course competition use only and is labeled as such, i.e. Yoshimura "RACE SERIES." A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.

Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.

The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.

We strongly recommend checking valve to piston clearance when installing a non-standard camshaft.

The 790cc Big Bore Kit includes a custom made, forged 9.5:1 piston with rings, wrist pin and circlips. A custom made multi-layer steel head gasket, OEM metal base gasket, tensioner gasket, and cam bolt lock plate and a ProCycle specific big bore cylinder sleeve. 

Built cylinders with 790 sleeves installed are usually in stock, but we must have your original cylinder sent to us as a 'core'. These cores allow us to keep up this program and it is nothing more than an exchange - we give you ours, you give us yours.

Stock and typical after market drain plugs can protrude past some skid plates. This steel low profile drain plug stays inside the skid plate so it can't be snagged by passing objects.

Comes with 4 crush washers.

Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.

You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.

If you already have a Tool Tube you can order just the Locking End Cap and lock.

Does not fit if your bike is equipped with the new emissions system. The charcoal canister prevents the tool tube from being mounted properly.

The little tool bag that Yamaha provides behind the side cover is nice, but adding this Tool Tube to your TW will make it easier to carry some real tools! The ABS pipe is plugged on each end with waterproof expanding plugs. It is held to the frame of your TW with powder-coated steel straps and brackets. It provides a storage space of 3" ID x 10-1/2" long. Includes all hardware required to mount to your TW200.

Nomadic Racks makes this beautiful rack for the XT225. 3 piece unit that is CNC laser cut from 1/8" 5052 plate aluminum with a semi-gloss industrial black powder coat applied. Final surface space is 9 x 14 with a weight just under 2 pounds.

Note: These mounts are compatible with the SW Motech Center Stand by adding a 1/8" spacer behind the mounts.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.

New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

Don't want to buy a new shock? This rebuild makes the stock shock about 10 times better. Cogent Dynamics takes a stock DR650 shock, tears it down, cleans it up, adds a hard ceramic coating, then rebuilds it with a completely new Shock Shaft Assembly with rebound damping adjustment.

Any aftermarket spring for your stock shock will fit on this shock. If you are currently using the original spring, you will want to order a stiffer spring to go with your new shock. 

Our 7.5 kg/mm rear spring is 16% stiffer than the stock one and is perfect for the majority of riders. If you are a larger rider, or carry a lot of gear or a passenger (total weight exceeding 250 pounds) you will probably want the 8.3 kg/mm rear spring which is 28% stiffer than stock.

This shock includes the Bling Ring preload adjusting ring AND the Thrust Bearing! This replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. This ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

Cogent Dynamics Mojave product is a drop-in replacement for the DR650 stock shock, no modifications necessary. Mojave is not simply an improved Suzuki shock, it is a brand new replacement shock that is a totally engineered suspension solution to suit your needs.

Each shock is assembled and tested on the Cogent Dynamics suspension dyno before being packed up and shipped. Like its bigger brother the Mojave Pro Series, this will make an incredible difference in the handling of your DR.

Mojave Improvements over stock:
Mojave upper mount: uses a precision spherical bearing with dust seals, which accurately transfers damping forces to the motorcycle frame.

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring. If you regularly have more than 250 pounds the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring. If you have any questions at all about this, please call.

You may choose to add the Hydraulic Preload Adjuster to make it the easiest of all. All you do is twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

You have to pull the rotor off the crank of your KLR to access the doohickey. The offset in this factory Kawasaki wrench makes that very easy. It is very difficult to get a standard wrench to hold the crank to get the flywheel/rotor off.

Genuine factory shop service and repair manual. This is the reference manual Yamaha dealers use in their service departments. It has all the necessary info to do any maintenance or repairs to your XT250.

Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a plusher ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

The Akrapovic double-flow muffler is made of a Titanium outer shell with a Stainless Steel end cap. The joint on the inlet cap is CNC milled and connected to the inlet pipe with silicon-shielded tempered springs. The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.

You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.
