SW-Motech makes some of the finest protection equipment available. The set-up for the Twin is available in a standard black powder coating or a semi-polished Stainless-Steel tubing. Both sets will protect the vital components of your motorcycle as well as you from damage incurred during a fall, slide or crash. They will preserve the frame, radiator, bodywork and other critical components from touching down with robust tubular steel. The black kit uses 27/21 mm tubing while the Stainless uses straight 22 mm tubing throughout.
Both configurations have a tight fit for great ground clearance and are designed to work seamlessly with other SW-Motech products like their Skid Plate/Engine Guard and SW-Motech Hawk light mounts. Three secure mounting points per side provide the necessary support that make these so strong. There is no drilling, cutting, welding or any other modifications required for mounting but still allows access to the oil filler, tool box and battery. Kit includes all necessary hardware and instructions and an aluminum cover to replace the OEM plastic cover at the lower mounting point on the left side.
Please Note that these Crash Bars are also compatible with the SW-Motech Skid Plate and the SW-Motech Centerstand.

If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.
These caps fit Acerbis tanks only.
This CNC cap will replace the stock gas cap on the stock tank. You do need some parts from the stock cap, so don't throw it away yet! It is not difficult and this kit includes the additional hardware required. Also included is a vent tube with a matching cap.

Quality JT sprockets are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.
Quality steel front sprockets. Choose 525 or 520. Also available 'Wide Boss' JTF438 520 sprockets.
All 520 sprockets require a new retainer plate, please add on if purchasing this size.
High quality sprockets
Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!
Individual 14T, 15T or 16T front sprockets.
JT Sprockets are made from the latest generation of computer design and control metal cutting equipment for maximum durability. Front sprockets are made from chromoly SCM420 steel alloy. All sprockets are heat-treated and hand-finished to meet or exceed the highest possible quality standards.
Reduce the friction dragging down your drivetrain. This chain roller is made from Delrin®, it's self-lubricating and a significant improvement over stock.
Does not use a bearing but rides directly on the frame boss. There is no mounting hardware included.
A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. The rub block is machined from UHMW plastic and can be positioned to fit just about any sprocket available for the DR. These are powder coated black for a great look and additional protection.
Chain guides are subject to wear over time due to friction produced by chain movement. To restore optimal performance, replace them with this authentic Yamaha component.
Chain sliders undergo performance degradation over time due to the friction experienced by the chain. To maintain optimal functionality, it is recommended to replace worn components with genuine Honda parts.

Non O-ring, Clip Style Master link

Cycle Racks Bag Supports can used for many different Cycle Racks and can be used on either the front or rear rack.
When they developed these, they wanted a functional, yet "Easy On- Easy Off application. The pig tail hook goes up, over and underneath the bar of the rack, they can also be used upside down on the rear rack as side boards. To install them, wing them out, slide them in place and then wing them back down. Simply reverse the process to remove them.
Rok-Straps are supplied to secure them in place. They are pre-drilled to accept the pattern of the Roto-Pax Pack Mount (sold separately) so you can carry fuel or attach them to your own bags.

Bradley performance bomb header for TW200.
By positioning this “Bomb” at a key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system. The result is a flow increase of nearly 10%.
The outer chamber in the Powerbomb allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up at a higher velocity.
Fits all years of TW200 and works with all other brands of mufflers. Stainless steel and nickel plated. A clamp-on shield can be added, sold separately.
The FMF Powerbomb and Q4 Muffler are legendary in the exhaust market.
The Powerbomb header promotes better flow by allowing a small expansion of the exhaust gasses improving scavenging. The 'bomb' also acts as a pre-muffler taking the edge off of overall sound levels.

Is the cylinder head intake boot on your DR650 cracked or weathered, is it missing parts of the lip to seal around the carburetor, have you recently pulled the intake boot off only to realize the O-ring behind it is hard & brittle? This kit is your solution to solving some of those mystery problems and make your bike like new again. There can be a great deal of heat that can radiate behind the cylinder head on a DR650 as it is an air cooled engine. The Phillips screws in Japanese motorcycles are not really Phillips screws. They are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws that are very easy to strip with Phillips head drivers.
This kit includes 2 Needles that have been developed by JD Jetting and manufactured for them to their exacting specifications. These two needles allow a wide range of tuning possibilities and provide correct fuel delivery at any throttle position.
4 allen type screws for the float bowl are also enclosed should you strip out the stock screws during your tuning process. Complete instructions with photos, jetting suggestions for different set-ups and situations, 5 Main Jets and a drill bit complete the package.
Ride in warm temperatures a lot? Worried about your motor oil just getting too hot? The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.
The activation sensor can be set wherever you like to keep the temperature right where you want it. Backlit for easy viewing anytime it also includes a volt meter.

This device will pulse your brake light automatically. There are over 1000 possible pattern combinations with individually programmable Flash Speeds, Pre-Delay, and Flash Durations, as well as a disable feature to disable the unit. This device gives the end user the widest range of possibilities for customizing your tail light safety flash. With simple programming setup using only your brake lever, their is no disassembly or removing of the seat required to change the programming on the device.

This devices allows any two wire after market LED turn signal indicators to operate as running lights (always on), and will blink on / off when the turn signal switch is activated. It is highly recommended to use this product with the Fixed Rate Turn Signal Flasher. This device, as well as aftermarket turn signals, use much less current than stock turn signals, thus an increased flash rate will occur. Load resistors or a fixed rate turn signal flasher will get your flashers operating at the normal flash rate again.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

The ProCycle seat was designed for both comfort and function. Our seat is built with an advanced Progressive Density Foam (Pd-F) for those long days in the saddle, and also giving you freedom to move while standing.
The wide and sturdy seat makes long rides more comfortable. The vinyl weave helps keep you cool by letting air flow between you and the seat. The front of the seat is narrower, giving you space for your knees when you're standing, while the sides have grip so you can hold on with your knees while riding.
We will build the seat for you in-house on a new seat pan so all you have to do is put it on and go ride. Choose the heated seat option and we will add a Seat Warmer during the build process.
