This kit combines common wide platform Yamaha YZ/WR foot pegs with brackets that are custom made to fit the TW200. If you are tired of standing on the stock skinny footpegs, get yourself a set of these fat boys and have pegs that match the tires on your T-Dub! For ultimate comfort, order the Pivot Pegz kit!
Simply unbolt your stock brackets and bolt these in their place. The bracket on the right side (brake lever side) is shorter than stock to correct the offset in the stock pegs. On kickstart models, the stroke of the kickstart lever is shortened slightly. Should you ever need to replace the pegs in the future, simply order pegs for the Yamaha YZ or WR 250/450.

These cables roll up into a compact coil with an included hook-and-loop strap for easy storage. Both of these cables weigh under 6 ounces. A bright orange vinyl cable sheath not only protects the bike's finish from scratches, but it also provides high-visibility that, according to Giant Loop, is for "discouraging the opportunistic grab-and-dash thief to move on to an easier target."
The 84-inch cable integrates with Giant Loop's Great Basin Saddlebag and Siskiyou Panniers and other large bags which feature cable pass-throughs so riders can secure their luggage to a parked motorcycle. The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 89db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.
You may want to consider a new exhaust gasket that goes between the header and the muffler.

This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh set now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust. This is for a set of two gaskets.
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

Here is the O-Ring that fits in the carburetor manifold. This is the manifold that holds the carb up to the cylinder head. The O-Ring mounts between this manifold and the cylinder head. When this O-Ring fails it allows air into your cylinder and makes your Air Fuel ratio too lean which causes the engine to run too hot.
It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. The manufacturer recently decided to make half of the kit Copper washers as that is the material of choice for many OEM manufactures. This gives you the opportunity to decide which you prefer, but either will work great at creating a leak-free seal between the case and the drain plug.

Our complete drop-in system is custom-made for your bike and includes everything needed to mount and position the shield. Your bike will not require any modification.
Installation is super simple. Our bracket system attaches where the stock shield normally goes and our shield then attaches to the brackets. With the shield separated from the front of the bike you can pull lots of air underneath it which is critical for smooth comfortable wind protection. Front fender from ProCycle Plastics (formerly DSA) is shaped very much like the OEM DRZ400SM front fender. Big enough to be functional without wind-steering the bike like the stock fender does. Vacuum molded, these are a design improvement over stock. These are fully compatible in any combination with the original factory plastic.
Formerly DSA, now ProCycle brand, is a plastics kit in three colors - Black, White, and Blue, as well as Blue fenders with White side panels and Black fenders with White side panels. (headlight cowl not included).

If choosing the DRL version, DRLs will be on with the key. By choosing a switch you can disable the main auxiliary lights leaving only the DRL ring on during the daylight. Then at night, flip the switch and have full control of your main auxiliary lights activating in conjunction with your bikes high and low beam, this works very well with the ON with high beam OFF in low beam, No switch option.
