Replace your motorcycle’s windscreen with PUIG’s touring windscreen. Manufactured in acrylic of 3-4 mm according to the motorcycle model to guarantee maximum protection from the wind, improving the aerodynamics of the piece and possible debris that may impact you during your ride.
In addition, it comes with a variable visor that will redirect the wind even more while achieving a great sense of comfort on board your machine. This visor is fixed to the touring windscreen by screws, since the screen comes with the holes already made to facilitate assembly.

The Phillips type screws used in Japanese motorcycles are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws are very easy to strip if you are using a regular Phillips screwdriver.

How does this headlight compare to our original TW200 kit? First and foremost, this kit has SAE/DOT markings and a much wider/brighter high beam pattern. Organic brake pads contain man-made high-performance fibers that are used for their light weight, high strength abrasion resistance and thermal stability. These Aramid fibers have a high strength-to-weight, thermal stability and abrasion resistance to provide advantages over steel fiber-based products. They provide excellent stopping power without noise and rotor galling but still provide fingertip control and strong, predictable brake response.
Double-H sintered metal brake pads feature the HH friction rating, the highest in the industry. These pads provide maximum brake effect and last twice as long as organic pads.
Semi-sintered pads have an all new recipe containing 30% copper by weight with an organic matrix. This design combines the long life of a sintered pad with the great feel and lack of rotor damage common with full-sintered pads. These can be used to replace Kevlar or sintered metal compound pads.

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. B&B Off Road's Honda CRF250 Rally bash plate is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate. This grade of aluminum is chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding and abrasion and impact resistance, bearing in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. All bash plates are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible. All bash plates have a polished finish and have foam or rubber where required.
Bash plate is installed after first removing the lower OEM plastic bash plate/fairing.

The long awaited Wide Ratio Transmission from Nova Racing. Now you can have your trail gearing without giving up your highway gearing.
Both sets are lower than stock in 1st and 2nd gear and taller than stock on 3rd thru 5th gears. Not only will Nova give you better gear ratios but the high quality components will shift smoother and engage more solidly. The tables below show each gear ratio and the original OEM ratios for comparison.
To help put the ratio changes into perspective switching from the OEM 15T to a 14T sprocket lowers the gearing by 7.1% in all gears. Switching from a 15T to a 16T raises the gearing by 6.6% in all gears.

A premium billet sprocket carrier from Warp 9 Racing that houses 2 bearings to help protect against the sideways twisting load that is commonly known to prematurely wear out the bearing and cush rubbers. This wear can cause extreme failure possibly damaging the hub.

The IMS Super Stock pegs are the perfect choice for both the daily commuter and the rider-in-training. Their mellow tooth design keeps you planted while preventing wear on your soles. They are also perfect for young riders who don't need or want a more aggressive option.
Universal fit. May require additional adjustment or modification.
Inexpensive way of getting the factory look. Adds 1/2" of width to any standard foot peg. These will give you a much more stable platform when standing on the pegs.
These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.
