These Adventure pegs are offered in several colors, but some colors may require extra time, call for availability.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.

New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

Warp 9 has created a beautiful brake pedal machined from billet aluminum to an 8mm thick work of art. A stainless steel pin eliminates wear in the frame. This pedal has the ability to move the spring loaded brake tip 10mm either way from the center position. Original Suzuki factory replacement levers for your DRZ400S/SM/E

ProTaper's ADV handlebars give you a bar taller than most with extra space on the control portion of the bar. These bars provide an additional 20mm of space next to where your levers and throttle are located for your GPS, phone cradle, auxiliary switches, etc . The little tool bag that Yamaha provides behind the side cover is nice, but adding this Tool Tube to your TW will make it easier to carry some real tools! If you need a replacement cap for your Acerbis tank, why not go bling? These caps have a carbon fiber pattern molded into them that is extremely realistic. Looks like the real thing. Topping off the cap is a CNC Machined metal vent cap. This eliminates the need for a lengthy vent tube that gets in the way. The vent cap allows air to vent into the tank but does not allow fuel to splash out during normal use or during a tip over.

No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell. 

It features a semi-direct chamber design that is maintenance free. It's quiet too! Our own in-house testing showed an 84dB sound level using the USFS J1287 testing procedure. That is a bit louder than stock but significantly quieter than other aftermarket mufflers. 

The installed weight is approximately 8.5lbs and it includes a certified Spark-Arrester. 

This muffler requires a stock muffler joint gasket when used with either the stock headpipe or the FMF headpipe.

The DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM). A new baffle design dissipates sound waves reducing noise output in a very efficient manner. This new design also stretches out the time between muffler repacks. Included is a Stainless Steel mid-pipe, USFS Approved Spark Arrestor and a new Aluminum end cap.

By positioning this “Bomb” at a key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system. The result is a flow increase of nearly 10%. 

The outer chamber in the Powerbomb allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up at a higher velocity. 

Fits all years of TW200 and works with all other brands of mufflers. Stainless steel and nickel plated. A clamp-on shield can be added, sold separately.

• Use a rear sprocket with a higher number of teeth for quicker acceleration and technical offroad trails.
• Use a rear sprocket with a lower number of teeth for lower engine rpm's at highway speeds.

We recommend using the Rear Sprocket Bolt Kit when installing most aftermarket sprockets on your TW.

These quality sprockets are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

This an OEM replacement nut for your front sprocket.

Here is everything you need to upgrade your TW200 front suspension. Kit includes: Heavy Duty Fork Springs, Cartridge Emulators, Oil Seals, Dust Seals, and 10w Fork Oil. Just choose the spring rate you want and enjoy your TW even more!

Stock Spring Rate is .50 kg/mm. The .60 kg/mm springs are 20% stiffer than stock while the .70 kg/mm is 40% stiffer than stock.

Installation requires disassembling your forks and drilling out your damper rods.

Included in this kit are fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and three bottles of 5w fork oil. Refresh those tired old forks and make them better than new. These DDCs from Cogent are easy to install. No taking the forks apart, no drilling of the damping rods, nothing. Just take them off, flip them over to drain the oil, add new 5w oil, drop in the DDCs and then add the springs and spacers and then install the caps. Preload spacer material is included with the .47 and .70 springs, additional spacers are not needed with the other kits.
This upgrade offers better control off-road as well as on. Less brake dive keeps the fork up in the middle of the stroke on-road and better control off-road whether it be rolling water bars or bouncing off the rocks.

The Optimate Cable O-20 is a SAE weatherproof bulkhead/panel mount power source. Main body fits a 1" dia. hole. Overall length of the unit is 12" from top of bulkhead to end of connector. Both connectors are industry standard 2-pin SAE connectors. We also offer an optional stainless steel bracket that you can bolt on wherever you like. This makes a clean installation and you won't have a charging cable hanging loose.

It is a good practice to replace your sealing washer with every oil change. These 10 piece kits are made up of 5 Copper washers and 5 Aluminum washers. The manufacturer recently decided to make half of the kit Copper washers as that is the material of choice for many OEM manufactures. This gives you the opportunity to decide which you prefer, but either will work great at creating a leak-free seal between the case and the drain plug.
