8.0 kg/mm is 24% stiffer than stock
This 'Bling Ring' replaces the two stock preload/lock rings. The ring is CNC machined aluminum with the additional thickness to provide superior support on the shock body.
The added needle bearing thrust washer will make preload adjustments much easier. The ring then spins much easier against the spring making adjustments quite a bit easier.
To install the Bling Ring on a Cogent or Race Tech Shock Shaft Assemblies, it must either be disassembled or have the lower clevis removed.

Included in this kit are 0.43 kg/mm Race Tech straight rate fork springs, Cogent DDC (Drop in Damper Cartridge) performance cartridges and two bottles of 5w fork oil.
Due to the small diameter of the KLX140 fork springs, the DDC Installation Tool will not work in the normal way on these bikes.
Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.
Simply put; Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Installation and tuning for any condition or rider preference is very straight-forward.

These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. To make removal as easy as possible, the center tab takes a 12mm wrench perfectly, or a 1/4" ratchet drive in the center.
On each end of the center tab is a drilled hole should you find it necessary to safety wire your filler cap in place.

All 520 sprockets require a new retainer plate, please add on if purchasing this size.
The stock sprocket retainer will rub the chain when it is used with 13 and 14 tooth sprockets.
We have our own sprocket retainer laser cut from 13 gauge stainless steel. This retainer works with all 3-hole 13T, 14T, 15T and 16T DR650 countershaft sprockets.
This kit is for the REAR caliper.

The Trail Tech Universal Fan Kit mounts up to the backside of the DR's oil cooler to draw cool air across it and keep those oil temps down. An electronic temperature sensor mounts to the fan, no need to cut any fluid lines, and automatically turns the fan on when needed to keep the temperature in the optimum range.
The activation sensor can be set wherever you like to keep the temperature right where you want it. Backlit for easy viewing anytime it also includes a volt meter.

The 12oclock Labs EXUP Emulator is used in place of the stock exhaust servo motor when you replace the stock exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust system. The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. Weight is less than 1/2 an ounce and it is a direct plug and play replacement.
Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Developed for Baja racing, their comfort model maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat and tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area. The Comfort seat is wider than stock, but not so wide that it would hinder movement in aggressive race situations.
