Dunlop designed the D606 tire to be street-legal but with an emphasis on aggressive off-road riding and great durability. A full-depth tread pattern designed for rigorous off-road use yields excellent traction on everything from hard-packed fire roads to soft single-track trails. At the same time, the D606's tread compound is engineered for good highway durability and grip.

The Dunlop D606 is R rated (max speed of 106 mph)

This street-legal knobby from Pirelli has good stability and cornering precision thanks to the carcass stiffness. The tread pattern optimized for use on dirt and gravel roads, cross-country racing and desert tours. It has lasting off-road performance and knob tearing resistance due to the special off-road compound.

From Shinko Tires, the 705 Series are DOT approved Dual Sport tires designed for 75% street and 25% trail riding. A versatile tread pattern provides excellent wet and dry weather adhesion and the compound resists tearing while riding off-road. "R" in size denotes a radial tire.

The VanVan and the TW200 OEM style Dual-Sport Knobby Tires that are DOT approved.

The front tire is a 130/80-18 while the rear is a 180/80-14

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

Giant Loop is aiming for smaller, lighter security in the form of its new compact Quick Loop Cables, available in 36- and 84-inch lengths. The MoJavi is designed to mount behind the seat directly to the fender or to a GL Tail Rack, but can also be positioned according to personal preference. Once positioned in the desired location, the saddlebag is secured to the fender or GL Tail Rack using the two included fender hooks and Pronghorn Strap. After mounting the saddlebag to the fender or GL Tail Rack, two side mount straps secure the MoJavi directly to the subframe or frame and hold the saddlebag firmly in place.

Optional GL Mounts allow one to secure the saddlebag to existing bolt-mounted points to keep straps away from hot exhaust components. An included Hot Springs Heat Shield prevents the MoJavi Saddlebag or side panels from making direct contact with exhaust components.

E3 Resistor Spark Plugs

The unique design of the electrode maximizes the power generated by the spark plug through Diamond Fire technology. This electrode combines advanced performance capabilities and innovative technology to enhance the shape of the flame kernel. Consequently, the flame front ignites the air/fuel mixture more rapidly, accelerates heat transfer into the combustion chamber, and creates a more concentrated pressure front, facilitating a quicker pressure rise during the cylinder power stroke. The outcome is a more efficient combustion process and improved engine performance, making this a truly premium spark plug.

This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.

Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.

The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. Wire lengths, component locations, and end terminals are all predetermined and assembled for you. No electrical expertise needed! The chain slider protects the swingarm from contact with the chain. Replace yours before it wears through to the swingarm.

A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. The Optimate Cable O-20 is a SAE weatherproof bulkhead/panel mount power source. Main body fits a 1" dia. hole. Overall length of the unit is 12" from top of bulkhead to end of connector.
