The ProTaper bars are taller and tapered from 1 1/8" to 7/8" and the braided stainless steel brake line will be a serious improvement to your braking ability. Braking becomes more responsive and firmer while adding a stylish look to your TW200.

PSR dual sport mirrors come with a slightly convex mirror for a wider field of vision behind you. The round mirror is 4.25" in diameter while the oval is 3.75" x 3". These mirrors are easily adjustable and fold out of the way quickly with the 1" RAM mounts.
The RAM Ball Stud Base used for both mirrors will go into any standard 10x1.25 threaded mirror base.

We offer two different types of SuperMoto tubes. The first are Standard Tubes and are meant to be used with standard bias-ply type tires, but can be used with radial tires also.
But, if you are running radial tires, like SuperMoto, or have a retro bikes with spoked wheels and radial tires, you probably want to run the 'Radial Tubes'. Front tubes fits 120/70 and 120/60 tires. Rear tubes fits 150/60, 150/70 and 160/60 tires. These have a metal valve stem.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

Simply unbolt your stock brackets and bolt these in their place. The bracket on the right side (brake lever side) is shorter than stock to correct the offset in the stock pegs. On kickstart models, the stroke of the kickstart lever is shortened slightly. Should you ever need to replace the pegs in the future, simply order pegs for the Yamaha YZ or WR 250/450.
The IMS Super Stock pegs are the perfect choice for both the daily commuter and the rider-in-training. Their mellow tooth design keeps you planted while preventing wear on your soles. They are also perfect for young riders who don't need or want a more aggressive option.
Your choice of an aluminum bolt-on foot pad or a steel weld-on unit. Each will make the footprint of the stock side stand considerably larger, preventing your DR from tipping over in soft terrain. The bolt-on unit is cut from aluminum and then powder coated black, it comes with stainless steel mounting hardware.
The bolt-on pad and does require use of a drill for installation. The weld-on pad will need to be welded to the stand and then the entire unit painted for corrosion protection.

These quality sprockets are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.
The 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you much lower gearing for off-road use. You will need a longer chain for this rear sprocket, please order the 130 link chain to fit with this larger sprocket, it may need to be shortened to fit correctly.

You’d be amazed at the dirt and debris that can work its way into your gas can – and from there, your fuel tank. Twin Air’s monofilament screen pocket inserts in your tank to catch particles as small as 40 microns (.00165”) while allowing the gas to flow freely.
The flange is custom-sized for each modern 4-stroke model to ensure a leak-proof seal. Just remove the filter periodically, turn it inside-out, and clean out the debris that could have been in your engine.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.
Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.
The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.

Most fuel injected systems are very lean in their stock configuration. This is good for economy and emissions, but not performance. This unit allows you to adjust the Fuel/Air (F/A) ratio without remapping the ECU and getting into complicated software programs. The PowerJet Fuel Controller allows you to adjust the fuel map from -4% to +10% by selecting one of 10 built-in settings (including stock).
The device works by measuring the outside air temperature very close to where the stock sensor is located and then adjusts the signal from the OEM air temperature sensor to the ECU to make use of the Air Temperature Correction factor that is built into the stock ECU. The ECU is told that the intake air is a little cooler than it actually is and it responds by richening the injection map very slightly. How much depends on your setting on the PowerJet. This will result in improved throttle response, especially if you have an aftermarket exhaust of any kind.
PowerJet is easily installed by plugging it in between the stock AIT sensor and the bike's wiring harness under the seat. This can be done very quickly as they are exactly the same plugs. Unplug the stock connection, plug in the PowerJet on each side. The PowerJet fits easily under the seat behind the battery as it is rugged and waterproof. PowerJet comes with a full one year warranty.
Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a plusher ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.

This Super Siphon has a (1/2 inch x 6 foot) long hose, which makes it quite easy to transfer fuel from one bike to another! Simply, shake the hose to prime it and get fuel moving. The hose is resistant to gasoline and any other hazardous chemicals. Roll it up, stuff it in your bag and you will be very happy whenever you need it.
Your automatic cam chain tensioner is spring loaded. This can make it difficult to install as it wants to extend before you have it bolted into place. This handy tool will back off the cam chain tensioner mechanism and hold it for you. No more awkward 3-handed contortions are required to get the tensioner installed.

A pack of 10 Fuji style lock nuts to put on the sprocket of your KLR650. These are an 8 mm, flanged type nut that will keep your sprocket snug and tight.
