Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!

The stock sprocket retainer will rub the chain when it is used with 13 and 14 tooth sprockets.

This CNC cap will replace the stock gas cap on the stock tank. You do need some parts from the stock cap, so don't throw it away yet! It is not difficult and this kit includes the additional hardware required. Also included is a vent tube with a matching cap.

We worked with TechSpec to have them make custom tank grip pads that look great on both Acerbis (5.3 and 6.6 gal.) and IMS tanks. These pads not only cover those ugly scuffs, but give great knee grip to the slippery plastic.

The DB model is approximately 1.75 inches taller than stock and the ST is approximately 3.5 inches taller than the original. Each screen is available in Clear, Smoke or Dark Smoke colors as well.

Quality parts from Acerbis. Replace those big white ones with black ones for a custom look, or you can just replace your trashed white ones with crisp clean new ones for that great stock look.

Depending on your application and preferences, more than one optional heat shield may be useful.

Thread Chasers are designed to clean and re-cut damaged aluminum threads.

This kit contains the two sizes most common on metric motorcycles, M6x1.0 and M8x1.25.

Thread Chasers also remove dirt and metal shavings that become captured in thread grooves.

These grips feature a thicker design that dampens vibration. The soft shoulder allows ease of movement. Three wire-tie grooves are molded into the grip to make securing them a breeze. We think they are great!

Each pattern is available in three advanced synthetic rubber compounds. This means you can have the optimum combination of strength, tackiness and shock absorption to suit every riding condition and individual style. Soft grip is extremely soft, giving you a very comfortable ride, great feel and reduces the chance of blisters; however, because the grip is so soft, it wears quickly. Medium is a compromise between firm and soft. Firm grip has the same feel as a stock grip, it is very strong and has very good resistance to tearing and abrasion. Half Waffle has waffle pattern in finger area for traction and diamond pattern on palm side to reduce blisters. Full Waffle: designed after the CR Honda® grip.

An ADV tire designed in Australia for real off-road riding. This is an O.E. replacement diaphragm for your BST40 carburetor.

This kit is not just a bulb, but an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. This kit includes a DOT LED headlight assembly with plug-and-play wiring harness, a specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket, and all the required installation hardware.

How does this headlight compare to our original TW200 kit? First and foremost, this kit has SAE/DOT markings and a much wider/brighter high beam pattern. We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.

This kit does not include parts to mount aftermarket turn signals. The pre-installed processor board allows the turn signals to be integrated in to the tail light.

From our friends at JNS Engineering, a very nice mount for a set of auxiliary lights on the front of your KLR650. Laser cut from 0.190" 5052 aluminum it is CNC formed and then powdercoated black. One of the best benefits is that it will not interfere with even the largest aftermarket fuel tanks. All included mounting hardware is stainless steel.

Made from heavy duty 1/8" thick stainless steel, these mounting brackets are specifically designed for mounting 2" LED auxiliary lamps to the front of your TW200. They position the lamps (not included) high & tight to the bike for optimal protection and light projection without interfering with the bike controls, body work, or fuel tank. Kit includes four longer mounting bolts for the lower triple clamp.

The image shows a GoPro camera on the TW's right side and an LED light on the left. You could certainly do something like that as well!

The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. A very popular modification. Eliminates the weaker 2 bolt setup in favor of one bolt all the way through for the upper subframe attach point. No more worry about keeping the bolts tight, or the original bolts breaking. If you have the SW Motech or Tusk crash guards you want this kit for sure.

This universal will give you both upper bolts, the upper spacer for the standard kit, and both lengths of lower bolts in case you have bars that use that point to attach.

The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell.
