Bar Risers
These versatile Risers allow you to clamp a 7/8" diameter handlebar or you can remove the 7/8" reducers and then clamp an 1- 1/8" aluminum "fatbar". If you are thinking of going to a fatbar after you bend your stock set or just want the versatility and option to run any bar, this is the riser to go with. Reducers lock into risers to insure no slippage between components.
These risers use 8mm bolts. Always check and confirm that your bike has adequate cable and brake line length before installing any handlebar risers.
Anti-Vibration Risers may interfere with aftermarket large capacity fuel tanks, and some steering stem clamp configurations (in these cases we recommend using standard pivoting risers).

This 3rd gear set is made for us by Nova Racing Transmissions in England to replace the fragile stock third gear set. These folks build complete transmissions for World Superbike teams among others, so we believe them to be highly qualified to build this set of replacement gears.
These gears are made from a high quality special alloy steel and then heat treated and superfinished. The mainshaft drive gear and the countershaft driven gear are sold only as a set.

Air Filter
This is the more economical alternative to eliminating the 990 Adventure airbox. Better breathing equals more power. The ITG filter kit makes air filter service a snap. It also simplifies other engine and intake maintenance chores. Our kit features a steel base plate which will not deform like plastic and does not conduct heat as much as aluminum. The white powder coating also helps reflect engine heat. To take advantage of the increased airflow, we recommend upgrading your fuel injection map with TuneEcu or a Power Commander.

Jet Kit
This kit is for the 36mm Mikuni CV carburetor and includes 2 Needles that have been developed by JD Jetting and manufactured for them to their exacting specifications. These two needles allow a wide range of tuning possibilities and provide correct fuel delivery at any throttle position.
4 allen type screws for the top of the carburetor are also enclosed should you strip out the stock screws during your tuning process. Complete instructions with photos, jetting suggestions for different set-ups and situations, 5 Main Jets, a Pilot Jet and a drill bit complete the package.

Lighting
Turn Signal
If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. Simply remove the stock relay and install your new TST relay and your wiring job is done. It's that simple!

Please make sure your bike uses a 2-pin relay for the signaling system. If your bike has hazard lights it may need the 4-pin relay. Please also note the pin configuration and make sure it matches what is on your bike. It is very important to verify fitment before making your purchase.

We recommend a "Fixed Rate Flasher" unit for use with this kit. When you install aftermarket signals it changes the load on a factory signal system.

Full System
This exhaust system is ideal for a racer on a budget that is not willing to compromise on performance! The T-4 comes complete with our stainless head pipe that works in conjunction with the silencer to produce more power from bottom to top. The use of stainless steel for the header pipe offers increased strength and should give years of trouble-free use. The silencer canister is easy to repack by removing the inlet cap screws and re-wrapping the silencer core. The T-4 meets all AMA sound restrictions.
Gasket
The headpipe gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head, thereby making them a single use part. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.
The muffler joint gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and muffler. These gaskets are easily damaged when removing the original muffler. FMF mufflers (Q4 or PowerCore 4) do not require a joint gasket but the all other aftermarket mufflers as well as the stock muffler do require a joint gasket. Get a fresh one now to ease installation of your new performance muffler.

The Moab shock from Cogent Dynamics will change how you feel about your KLR. You may like it now, maybe even like it a lot, but you will absolutely fall in love with it once you mount up a Moab shock.
Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.
For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.
If you have '87-'07 KLR, you MUST order a new mounting bolt. Not required for 2008-2018 models.
Forks
Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.
If you weigh up to 250 pounds, select the .64 spring kit. If you are over 250 or carry lots of luggage, please select the .70 spring kit. Please call if you have any further questions.

A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield.
All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.
This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.

This kit is for those of you looking for a bit more arm room and a better platform for your feet in the TW cockpit. Included are ProCycle Wide Foot Pegs and our oversize bars with 30mm risers.
- ProCycle Wide Pegs are wider MX style pegs that are much more comfortable when standing.
- These are not only taller bars, but 1-1/8" at the clamp area for additional strength. They taper down to 7/8" on the ends so all the stock controls fit. Black in color.
- 30mm Moose risers that raise the handlebar 30mm.

This new unit from JNS will protect your cases from the damage caused by a thrown chain, and will also keep your pants, boots or foot safe from your countershaft sprocket.
The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.
All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.
If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.

The ProCycle seat was designed for both comfort and function. Our seat is built with a premium grade foam that is denser for those long days in the saddle, and also giving you freedom to move while standing.
The wide and sturdy seat makes long rides more comfortable. The vinyl weave helps keep you cool by letting air flow between you and the seat. The front of the seat is narrower, giving you space for your knees when you're standing, while the sides have grip so you can hold on with your knees while riding. If you choose the gel cushion option, it helps improve blood flow, prevents pressure points, and makes it easier to ride for longer without getting tired.
We will build the seat for you in-house on a new seat pan so all you have to do is put it on and go ride. Choose the heated seat option and we will add a Seat Warmer during the build process.

Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula is plush, while still offering the necessary amount of support. Their unique comfort and shape maintains a similar contour to stock at the front of the seat so the rider’s legs are not spread farther apart, but tapers out towards the mid-point to distribute rider weight over a greater area.
