The Phillips screws in Japanese motorcycles are not really Phillips screws. They are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws that are very easy to strip with Phillips head drivers.

Each kit contains float bowl gasket (or o-ring), float valve assembly (or float needle) and o-rings to rebuild one OEM carburetor body.

Have you already ditched the bulky tail light on your XR? Don't want to bend your license plate and wrap it around your rear fender? Here is a great solution to clean up the looks of the backside of your XR650L. If you haven't already upgraded to the smaller and better looking WPS Tail light, select 'Bracket & Light' from the menu and you will get the WPS Taillight AND the License Plate Holder.

Please note that this no longer has a window for a license plate light. To stay legal, you can mount one or two License Plate Lights to your plate holder, or you can check out the LED License Plate Frame.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.

JNS has come up with another great addition for the little XT250. Auxiliary light mounts that keep the lights up high for great projection, but still good and tight to the bike for protection. These heavy duty 1/8" stainless steel mounts put your lights out of harms way without interfering with controls, body work, or the fuel tank. Includes four longer upper triple clamp bolts. Everything but the lights themselves to light your way through the darkness.

Taillight & brake light. Attaches to the top side of enduro style (XR, KDX, etc) rear fenders. Dimensions: 2 3/8" x 4 3/4" x 1 3/4" tall. This light is a popular replacement for the gigantic stock XR650L taillight. Functions as taillight and brake light. Fits perfectly into the taillight pocket on the XR650L. This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. Wire lengths, component locations, and end terminals are all predetermined and assembled for you. No electrical expertise needed! The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.

This eliminates the need for a separate switch to operate your auxiliary lights. When your high beam is on, your auxiliary lights will be too. The dash panel is manufactured from laser cut 5/64 mild steel and powder coated black. Performance CDI for the Yamaha TTR125 increases the rev limit by 1,000 RPM over the stock rev limit.  Easier starting, crisper throttle response.

This CDI box is a direct plug in replacement CDI. Simply locate and remove the stock CDI, and plug the new unit directly into the wiring harness, no modification needed. Suitable for stock and modified machines.

Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!

Individual 14T, 15T or 16T front sprockets.

JT Sprockets are made from the latest generation of computer design and control metal cutting equipment for maximum durability. Front sprockets are made from chromoly SCM420 steel alloy. All sprockets are heat-treated and hand-finished to meet or exceed the highest possible quality standards.

JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.

Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.

Chain guides are subject to wear over time due to friction produced by chain movement. To restore optimal performance, replace them with this authentic Yamaha component.

The ProCycle seat was designed for both comfort and function. Our seat is built with an advanced Progressive Density Foam (Pd-F) for those long days in the saddle, and also giving you freedom to move while standing. 

The wide and sturdy seat makes long rides more comfortable. The vinyl weave helps keep you cool by letting air flow between you and the seat. The front of the seat is narrower, giving you space for your knees when you're standing, while the sides have grip so you can hold on with your knees while riding. 

We will build the seat for you in-house on a new seat pan so all you have to do is put it on and go ride. Choose the heated seat option and we will add a Seat Warmer during the build process.

By positioning this “Bomb” at a key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system. The result is a flow increase of nearly 10%. 

The outer chamber in the Powerbomb allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up at a higher velocity.

The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. If there's any question about the condition of your bearing replace it now with this double sealed bearing and quality seal.

In stock form, the forks, featuring a single spring design are under sprung for any rider over 100 pounds. With limited travel, adding a stiffer spring in the right leg only per the stock design was not a viable option.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.

Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.

The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.

The X-Grip with handlebar mount is best suited for larger phones up to 4.5" wide. The spring loaded X-Grip cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit. Kit also includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.
