SW-Motech makes some of the finest protection equipment available. The set-up for the Twin is available in a standard black powder coating or a semi-polished Stainless-Steel tubing. Both sets will protect the vital components of your motorcycle as well as you from damage incurred during a fall, slide or crash. They will preserve the frame, radiator, bodywork and other critical components from touching down with robust tubular steel. The black kit uses 27/21 mm tubing while the Stainless uses straight 22 mm tubing throughout.

Chain guides are subject to wear over time due to friction produced by chain movement. To restore optimal performance, replace them with this authentic Yamaha component.
Chain sliders undergo performance degradation over time due to the friction experienced by the chain. To maintain optimal functionality, it is recommended to replace worn components with genuine Honda parts.
Counter shaft sprocket replacement requires the removal of the left side case cover. A new gasket may be required. This is also a great time to replace that leaking oil seal!
JT Sprockets are made from the latest generation of computer design and control metal cutting equipment for maximum durability. Front sprockets are made from chromoly SCM420 steel alloy. All sprockets are heat-treated and hand-finished to meet or exceed the highest possible quality standards.
JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.
Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.
High Quality chain. Will need to be cut to fit your sprocket combination.
Lower friction and longer life. X-rings have twice the sealing ability as compared to o-rings. They do a better job of keeping the lube in the links and the dirt out. DID VX chains have a reputation for being the best chain you can buy for dual sport riding. DID VX chains come with rivet type master links.

This LED headlight from JNS Engineering is DOT approved and an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. The DOT kit does not have a daytime running light (parking light) and may require minor trimming on the backside of the fairing. This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.
This eliminates the need for a separate switch to operate your auxiliary lights. When your high beam is on, your auxiliary lights will be too. CNC machined oil filler cap with locking clip to keep it in place in the roughest conditions. The cap is pre-drilled and the locking clip is safety wired to the mounting tap with a section of silicon tubing, that will not melt or discolor, over the wire. First class all the way. The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.
This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.
During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.
Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.
The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.
The X-Grip with handlebar mount is best suited for larger phones up to 4.5" wide. The spring loaded X-Grip cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit. Kit also includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.

The RAM-B-238U consists of a B size 1" diameter rubber ball on a 2.43" x 1.31" diamond plate. The plate has two holes 1.912" from center to center, matches the industry standard AMPS hole pattern and will connect to a large variety of RAM mounts and third party cradles.
For adjusting valve clearance on twin cam models. Holds valve spring collar down so adjusting pads can be removed. From Motion Pro, made from hardened alloy steel.
Includes forged JE 89mm piston 10.5:1 piston, Rings, Clips, Pin, big bore sleeve and top end gasket set. You will have to have the big bore sleeve installed in your cylinder and bored to fit the larger piston.
