In this kit you will get 4 factory replacement bolts to replace any broken or damaged clutch pressure plate bolts on your DR650.

If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. A nice place to mount auxiliary lights on your KLX where they will be high and easy to reach for adjustment but still tight to the cowlings. They will not interfere with controls, body work or the fuel tank.

Constructed of 1/8" stainless steel they are intended for LED lamps in the 2" range, but with a slight slotting of the mounting holes, will work great with 3" lights as well. Includes longer bolts to for the upper triple clamp mounts.

The Magura Hymec Hydraulic Clutch system. Simply remove the stock perch, lever and cable and bolt this in its place. This system replaces the stock cable with a small lightweight hydraulic system for improved clutch control, easier operating pressure, a constant pressure point and smoother actuation. These tips are for the Warp 9 Shift Levers only. 

These are held to the cast Warp 9 lever with a pin and e-clip making them easy to change out. Includes new pin and e-clip in case you lose yours.

Most fuel injected systems are very lean in their stock configuration. This is good for economy and emissions, but not performance. This unit allows you to adjust the Fuel/Air (F/A) ratio without remapping the ECU and getting into complicated software programs. The PowerJet Fuel Controller allows you to adjust the fuel map from -4% to +10% by selecting one of 10 built-in settings (including stock).

The device works by measuring the outside air temperature very close to where the stock sensor is located and then adjusts the signal from the OEM air temperature sensor to the ECU to make use of the Air Temperature Correction factor that is built into the stock ECU. The ECU is told that the intake air is a little cooler than it actually is and it responds by richening the injection map very slightly. How much depends on your setting on the PowerJet. This will result in improved throttle response, especially if you have an aftermarket exhaust of any kind.

PowerJet is easily installed by plugging it in between the stock AIT sensor and the bike's wiring harness under the seat. This can be done very quickly as they are exactly the same plugs. Unplug the stock connection, plug in the PowerJet on each side. The PowerJet fits easily under the seat behind the battery as it is rugged and waterproof. PowerJet comes with a full one year warranty.

The DR650 is rather hard on the cush drive rubbers. Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket carrier hub. Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier. Sold as a set of 6 rubber dampers.

Filling and bleeding a Magura hydraulic clutch does not need to be a routine chore and should only need to be done when air infiltration within the system is suspected. Magura uses mineral oil, which does not absorb moisture from the environment, to lubricate the whole system.

Note: Magura hydraulic systems use ONLY mineral oil. Do not introduce DOT brake fluid of any kind into a hydraulic system designed to use mineral oil as this will cause corrosion to the internal seals and system failure may result. The only time anyone should ever need to replace the hydraulic fluid in a Magura system is following a hydraulic line exchange, a system upgrade, a crash which has damaged the system components or in a situation where a lack of fluid within the system has been diagnosed by poor lever feel.

If you do need to bleed your Magura hydraulic system, their custom made kit does indeed make that chore easier.
