Replacement socket head (Allen) screws in case you strip out the stock JIS heads on your TM40 bowl. The originals can be stripped out when doing any tuning or carburetor maintenance. Sold in a pack of four, all for the bowl.
Replacement socket head (Allen) screws for the OEM BST40 Carburetor. The factory screws that hold the top cap and float bowl on the stock carburetor are very easily damaged. The originals are usually installed unbelievably tight from the factory. It is common to ruin the stock screws when installing a jet kit or doing any other carburetor maintenance. Complete set of friction plates, HD springs and steel separator plates prevent premature driven plate wear, oil muddying and loss of stack height. Built with swaged aluminum carriers that spread the load on the clutch basket and prevent clutch basket "dogging". Anti-swell, alloy impregnated heavy-duty facings for smooth clutch action. Allows modulation, unlike paper clutches which tend to snatch. Don't forget to add a fresh gasket.

Gasket
Put fresh O-rings on your KLR when you do your next oil change. Here you have new ones for the Oil Filler and the Oil Filter Housing Cover.
Replacing your clutch or removing that side cover for any reason? You are going to need a new gasket for the cover to ensure a leak-free assembly.
Here are the O-Rings you need when you perform an oil change. These go inside the oil filter housing cover.

Piston
Raises compression from stock 9.5:1 to 10.5:1 for more power and snappier response. The high quality forged piston from JE is almost a full ounce lighter than the stock cast piston. This makes for less vibration and a smoother running motor. Fits the standard size stock bore.
Gas Tanks
We've been asking for a bigger tank for years and it's finally happened. This is the big brother to the very popular 5.3 gallon Acerbis tank with some modifications to add another gallon and a half of capacity. It's the same width between the knees but extends wider and further forward in front of the knee pockets. This high capacity fuel tank incorporates modern lines and high quality construction that can't be beat. Includes gas cap, petcock and all mounting hardware.
Installation of the Acerbis tank requires relocation of the front turn signals, otherwise the stock signals will contact the tank at full lock. Our Turn Signal Relocation Brackets move the front turn signals up and forward to clear the bigger tank.
Petcock
Really like your stock vacuum petcock and never having to worry about turning it off? Did the seals go bad and it leaks? Plugged up? Well, whatever your troubles, here is your replacement. Vacuum operated so you never have to turn it off! Just like the stock unit. Includes mounting bolts with washers, fuel line, clamps and a protecting coil wrap.
Aftermarket plastic tanks might need the hole cut into an oval shape to fit the two standpipes.
For those people who have been wishing for a dual petcock setup for their Acerbis 5.3 and 6.6 gallon fuel tanks. Install this kit to get the last bit of fuel from the right hand side of the tank without tipping the bike on its side. Includes the right hand fuel valve, o-ring, screws, tee fitting, fuel hose and spring action hose clamps. You will have to drill the hole in your tank for the petcock standpipe. The Phillips type screws used in Japanese motorcycles are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws and are easy to strip if you are using a regular Phillips screwdriver.

Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. If you regularly carry luggage boxes and/or a passenger and weigh over 250 pounds, you will probably prefer the Heavy-Duty spring. Call if you have any questions.
Because of the limited space with the reservoir, adjusting your preload is just about impossible and for that reason we only sell these units with the Cogent Hydraulic Preload Adjuster already installed!
For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.

Lowering Link
Billet aluminum lowering links. Lowers the rear suspension approximately 1 to 2 inches depending on application.
*Important when lowering the rear suspension you want to raise the fork tubes in the clamps an equal amount of inches that the rear is being lowered. That way your bike will sit level when done.
Note: We only recommend the 2" lowering links for lighter non-aggressive riders as they allow the tire to rub when near bottoming.
Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.
Some KLR models from 2004 - 2007 may have a longer shank that do not allow the bolts to tighten to the bearing. If that is the case, we recommend the addition of either a 14 mm split type lock washer or a 15 mm flat washer under the nut of both link mounting bolts.

Levers
Attach this over your brake lever and hand grip, squeeze the brake lever, pull the locking bar in and lock the black portion down. This creates a locked front brake, making parking safe and secure with about 5 seconds of effort.
To unlock the BrakeFix, you just lift the back of the black hooking portion to release it. This takes about 2 seconds. Perfect for use with Snapjack type stands or just parking on an incline.

Gasket
This gasket seals the joint between the head pipe and Exhaust port. These gaskets are designed to crush a little bit to tightly seal where the pipe fits to the head. Get a fresh one now avoid having an exhaust leak when you install your new exhaust.

The GearLok Lock with Cable utilises a 150cm long braided galvanized steel plastic coated cable to lock your helmet, jacket, backpack or any other accessory to your bike.
Simply pass the loop end of the cable through a convenient part of your bike like the frame, handlebar or grab rail. Thread the other end through the loop and then through the object/s you want to secure. Next, insert the end of the cable into the lock slot and slide the lock up or down the cable to adjust the length.
Press the Snap Button till you hear a "Click" and scramble the four (4) digit security dial…done! Your items are now secured to your bike.

The Nomadic Rack for the early generation KLR650. CNC laser cut from 3/16" 5052 aluminum with a large 12" x 18" mounting surface area. Sand blasted and then powder coated black to give it a shot peened look. This rack is an easy installation with no modifications required. There are multiple strap slots for securing gear bags and cargo. Rack is compatible with RotoPax mount. All hardware and instructions included.
