This is a vacuum operated automatic chain oiling system to keep your driveline adequately lubricated at all times.

The 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you much lower gearing for off-road use. You will need a longer chain for this rear sprocket, please order the 130 link chain to fit with this larger sprocket, it may need to be shortened to fit correctly.

This Super Siphon has  a (1/2 inch x 6 foot) long hose, which makes it quite easy to transfer fuel from one bike to another! Simply, shake the hose to prime it and get fuel moving. Keep your cables lubed up and working freely, with Motion Pro's Cable Luber. This tool is used to inject lubricant into any cable housing. Clamps over housing and cable allowing an aerosol can with nozzle to be connected. Once the lubrication solution runs out the far end, the cable is lubricated.

The Phillips type screws used in Japanese motorcycles are actually Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) screws and are easy to strip if you are using a regular Phillips screwdriver.

Here is a little kit that will make removing and replacing JIS screws much easier. Includes 2 each of JIS No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 bits.

The Snap Jack is an easy to use, portable, sturdy jack for chain lubricating, adjustment and chain drive maintenance. Also, simplifies cleaning. It can lift the rear tire up to 1/2" to allow the tire to spin freely. Includes front brake locking strap and handy carrying bag.

Attach this over your brake lever and hand grip, squeeze the brake lever, pull the locking bar in and lock the black portion down. This creates a locked front brake, making parking safe and secure with about 5 seconds of effort.

To unlock the BrakeFix, you just lift the back of the black hooking portion to release it. This takes about 2 seconds. Perfect for use with Snapjack type stands or just parking on an incline.

These Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil to 5w and install the DDCs under the springs and hit the trails.

Stiffer fork springs are required to realize the full benefits of the DDCs. .42 kg/mm springs are the springs recommended for just about anybody out there. Please call if you have any further questions.

Seat Concepts seats are constructed using a foam material that is a much higher quality than OEM seat foam. Their proprietary formula provides a more plush and active ride, while still offering the necessary amount of support. When upgrading your Suzuki DR650 with LED turn signals, it's required to install a diode module to prevent all of the signals from blinking at once regardless of left or right signal activation. Some riders choose to splice and solder their own solution, but we like things plug and play. That means all you have to do is plug in the TST kit and you're done! There's no need to cut or splice your OEM wiring harness or break out the soldering iron and electrical tape.

If you just installed aftermarket LED turn signals or an LED integrated tail light and your turn signals are flashing way too fast, or perhaps simply staying on completely, you're at the right place to find the solution! The TST Gen2-SK LED Flasher Relay fixes what we call "hyperflash". It slows the flash rate down to a pre-set 85 cycles per minute but can be sped up or slowed down using the adjustment dial located within the unit so you can get the exact speed you are looking for. The plug-and-play installation means that you don't need to splice in any load balancing resistors that generate unnecessary heat and require splicing into your stock wires. Simply remove the stock relay and install your new TST relay and your wiring job is done. It's that simple!

This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.

Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.

The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

This kit of O.E. Suzuki O-rings replaces your leaky, weepy, and brittle O-rings that fit between your DR's oil cooler lines. You get 4 O-rings in this kit to replace both feed and return line O-rings.

If you're noticing oil leaking or creeping around your oil cooler, oil cooler lines, or engine, you may have one or more failed / failing oil cooler line O-rings. Replace them now before they completely fail and you run your motor dry of the precious oil it needs to operate properly.

In this kit you will get 4 factory replacement bolts to replace any broken or damaged clutch pressure plate bolts on your DR650.

It can be easy to over torque these bolts if not done properly. If one of these bolts is damaged on your DR650, we highly recommend replacing all 4 to prevent any future failures down the trail.

This seal helps keep debris and water out of your DR650 air box and it may become damaged or missing over the years. It is an important part of your DR650's intake system to maintain & prolong air filter life.

Simply, remove the air box door, then remove the old seal and clean out the track it sat in. Set the new seal in place and cut off any excess material remaining. Install the air box door and you are done.
