A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.

If you weigh up to 250 pounds, select the .64 spring kit. If you are over 250 or carry lots of luggage, please select the .70 spring kit. Please call if you have any further questions.

All of these kits include DDCs, springs, fork oil and preload spacers.

The Pro-Series is the suspension performance pinnacle. Cogent takes Mojave’s best-in-class performance and adds an external reservoir.

The Pro-Series’ sophisticated reservoir with interchangeable valves and shims, provides more tune-ability at all speeds. It also improves internal pressure balance and temperature dissipation, giving long lasting performance regardless of the punishment you put it through.

Comes standard with the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and a thrust bearing between the adjuster ring and the spring making preload adjustments easy.

The optional Hydraulic Preload Adjuster makes it even easier to adjust the preload. Just twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (See last image)  (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. *Spring color may vary due to specification requirement and availability.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.

If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

Sized perfectly for adult back-yard racing or fast/aggressive mini riders. This is the most important upgrade you can make for an adult sized rider. The stock suspension is too soft for most adults and aggressive kids. Fits stock shock.

Race Tech HP Springs have a high stiffness-to-mass ratio. In other words; the springs are light weight for their particular spring rate. This requires the finest materials and processing. Shot-peened and pre-set so they cannot sack out. All Race Tech HP Springs have the highest rate tolerances in the industry. These are the finest springs in the world-guaranteed.

This spring is 8.0kg/mm

OEM spring rates are 5.7-7.6kg/mm progressive style.

Damping Rod style forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the compression damping with a tuneable valve. The Emulator sits on top of the damping rod and is held in place by the main spring.

Simply put; Emulators make damping rod forks perform like well-tuned cartridge forks. Installation and tuning for any condition or rider preference is very straight-forward.

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.

These racks are smooth and sturdy enough to use as a grab handle.

Does not fit if your bike is equipped with the new emissions system. The charcoal canister prevents the tool tube from being mounted properly.

The MoJavi is designed to mount behind the seat directly to the fender or to a GL Tail Rack, but can also be positioned according to personal preference. The IMS Super Stock pegs are the perfect choice for both the daily commuter and the rider-in-training. Their mellow tooth design keeps you planted while preventing wear on your soles. They are also perfect for young riders who don't need or want a more aggressive option.

17-4 cast stainless steel.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.

New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

The billet 6061 head and the hard anodized tube are significantly stronger than the stock stand. An oversized foot will assure that the end of your stand stays where it belongs, rather than eight inches underground with your bike lying on top of it. The design is trail proven in the harshest possible conditions. Because nothing is indestructible, any of the kickstand components are replaceable at a lower cost than purchasing an OEM kickstand.

Auxiliary fuel tanks mount to handlebars, forks, or rear racks.

• Suitable for minis, trials bikes, full size bikes, and anywhere else a little extra fuel is needed.
• Each tank includes a siphon kit that connects the tank to the main fuel tank and automatically siphons fuel while the bike is being ridden.
• With this design, the auxiliary tank empties first, before the main tank.
• Does not interfere with headlight, handguards, rear seat, etc.

This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.

Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.

The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.

This eliminates the need for a separate switch to operate your auxiliary lights. When your high beam is on, your auxiliary lights will be too. This is a standard H4 bulb that has a 80 watt low beam and a 100 watt high beam. This is an easy lighting upgrade that should not over tax a stock charging system.
