The Pro-Series is the suspension performance pinnacle. Cogent takes Mojave’s best-in-class performance and adds an external reservoir.

The Pro-Series’ sophisticated reservoir with interchangeable valves and shims, provides more tune-ability at all speeds. It also improves internal pressure balance and temperature dissipation, giving long lasting performance regardless of the punishment you put it through.

Comes standard with the CNC machined Bling Ring Preload Adjuster Collar and a thrust bearing between the adjuster ring and the spring making preload adjustments easy.

The optional Hydraulic Preload Adjuster makes it even easier to adjust the preload. Just twist the knob. Includes mounting bracket for knob unit. (See last image)  (Some CA carb compliant models may need slight modification for mounting the preload adjuster.)

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. *Spring color may vary due to specification requirement and availability.

For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring.

If you regularly have more than 250 pounds on the bike, you might want to use the 8.15 kg/mm spring.

Low shock also available. This option will lower your seat height 1" without the need for lowering links. All other features of this shock are the same as the stock height.

The Edge-2 Tail Light and License Plate Holder is a simple bolt-on replacement for the stock unit. Included is an aluminum mount for the light and license plate that is model specific. This devices allows any two wire after market LED turn signal indicators to operate as running lights (always on), and will blink on / off when the turn signal switch is activated. It is highly recommended to use this product with the Fixed Rate Turn Signal Flasher. This device, as well as aftermarket turn signals, use much less current than stock turn signals, thus an increased flash rate will occur. Load resistors or a fixed rate turn signal flasher will get your flashers operating at the normal flash rate again.

Each package contains two separate adapter boxes, good for operating both turn signals, left and right of either the front OR rear of your motorcycle. You will need to purchase a 2nd kit if doing the Front AND Rear of the motorcycle.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. No repacking required. The LeoVince X3 Enduro is made with TIG welded stainless steel internals and aluminum outer shell.

The Öhlins Africa Twin shock has knob adjustable rebound and compression damping on a 46mm machined aluminum body combined with a hydraulic remote preload adjuster with a hose mounted actuator and mounting bracket. The gas reservoir uses a much higher quality compression adjuster/head valve along with a solid separator piston to prevent gas bleed-over. The improved adjuster circuits provide a wider range of adjustability.

Solo riders with light loads should select the 9.7 spring. 2-up riders or heavier loads select the 10.7 spring.

In stock form, the forks, featuring a single spring design are under sprung for any rider over 100 pounds. With limited travel, adding a stiffer spring in the right leg only per the stock design was not a viable option.

Race Tech instead offers a High Performance Spring Kit that adds a stiffer spring to the other fork. (The overall spring rate in the forks is the average spring rate between both legs.) This upgrade will make a drastic improvement in handling for most riders.

This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.

Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.

The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.
