The Exotec chest protector is a hard shell polycarbonate chest plate that offers optimal airflow keeping you cool whilst offering full roost protection. The Recon S-3 has been designed for intermediate distance rides and is a mid sized pack. This bearing will eliminate spring binding during shock action and will make turning the preload collars much easier. The bearing kit includes two cupped washers, one thrust bearing and inner & outer o-rings to keep out water and dirt.
This skid plate is extremely strong, manufactured from a 5 mm aluminum bottom with 4 mm thick side walls, offering complete protection of the engine block. This unit is built with precision-manufactured mounts that fit directly into the existing frame mount, creating a robust connection that distributes the forces not only to the mounting points but also to the bikes steel frame in case of ground contact. 8 mm strong rubber sliders also help to absorb and distribute impact forces. These pegs from SW Motech are a very cost effective way of getting a much larger footpeg than stock under your feet (2" by 3"). The removable and replaceable rubber cover is a another great feature. It helps isolate vibrations through your feet on those long highway jaunts but you can remove it in a few minutes when you get into slippery conditions that require better traction. Last but not least, you can change position a full 15mm. Two mount holes where the peg bolts to the mount allow that much adjustability. Entire peg mounts right up to your stock frame foot peg mount, no modifications necessary.
The pegs are made out of stainless steel and attach to a CNC machined aluminum bracket that goes into your stock mounts on your DL. These can replace your worn out stock pegs, give you a rubber peg when needed and a serrated edge when needed and look great doing it, what more could you ask for?

The Cogent Dynamics DDC valves are the most cost-effective upgrade you can make to your motorcycle’s forks. Unique and the first of its kind, a DDC kit is available to upgrade many motorcycles that are originally equipped with simple damper rod type forks as front suspension.
We do recommend stiffer than stock front springs to bring the full potential of the DDCs out. Up to about 200 pounds (rider with gear on) we recommend the .85 kg/mm springs. If you are above 200 pounds (rider with gear on) you should probably go with the 1.0 kg/mm springs.

B&B fired up the CNC equipment for another beauty, a Front Sprocket Case Saver. A great investment the 6mm aluminum base will protect your engine cases should your chain ever break or derail. On top of that is a 4mm piece to keep your pants and other things out of the chain as well. This replaces the stock cover over the countershaft sprocket.
If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit.
Protect your frame/paint from scuffs and scratches with frame guards. The DRZ 400 frame guards are made from 2mm 5052 marine grade alloy and CNC machined in one piece for strength. All frame guards are supplied with all necessary mountings and stainless bolts. With a polished finish they look great and are easy to install.
OEM Suzuki seal retainer for the DR650. Simple insurance against your countershaft seal popping out of its bore.
This is not a common problem but for those folks who have had the seal come out it has proven to be quite difficult to get it to stay in place. This steel retainer eliminates any possibility of the seal coming out and ruining your day by coating your rear tire with oil.
Corbin has replaced the two piece stock unit with a single piece model to provide more structural support. They've built two models, one to emulate the seat height of the stock seat in the upper position and one to provide an easier ground reach like the stock seat in the low position. By designing each seat specifically, they were able to keep excellent ergonomics and a properly neutralized seating platform. Corbin's saddle is designed to work with the optional Honda saddlebags. Mounts to the motorcycle similar to stock and secures with the Honda key lock system. All brackets are included and pre-mounted on the seat so it's ready for immediate installation.
Passenger seating area is designed with a neutralized platform to curb sliding forward in the saddle. Dished shaping provides an excellent contact patch while maintaining a clean look. For the best combination of looks and support, add the Ovalbac backrest shown. This backrest provides a generous, contact patch for excellent support. Angle adjustment is simple and can be performed without removing the saddle or backrest from the bike. Please note, the Corbin backrests may not work in the saddle if you are using the Honda trunk.
Want to add a bit of convenient storage without installing a trunk? Corbin's glovebox is an excellent solution for all your quick-access stuff. Simply replace the finishing plate on the Ovalbac backrest and you've just added four liters of locking storage capacity. It's plenty for a couple bottles of water, cell phone, spare gloves, maps and other incidentals. Constructed of durable ABS plastic and available plain or prepainted black.

As you're seated, the bones in your posterior that take most of your body weight are roughly seven inches apart. Your stock seat at its widest point is 8". This actually makes the foam of the stock seat crush in and applies pressure to the center of your body. The Corbin model is a full 11" and is built with denser, sculpted foam that supports your body weight over a greater area and equalizes pressure. If you consider actual seating surface, the Corbin model gives you over 200% more body contact! Long story short, greater riding comfort!
On the top, they cover it with only the highest grade of weather resistant materials for durability and long life. To add a bit of flair, they offer an embossed material in a variety of colors that gives the look of Carbon Fiber (they do not recommend using leather in these saddle models). Saddle mounts similar to stock with two bolts into the chassis. In order to provide a closer fit to the bodywork and tank, it is necessary to mount the supplied seat bracket to the bike first, then mount the seat to the bracket. Illustrated instructions can be found here.

This beautiful polished rear carry rack from B&B Eng. is made from aluminum tubing and 4mm 5083 plate. 5083 is used because of its suitability for welding and high level of abrasion and impact resistance. These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders. Unlike relocation plates, these mounts do not hang dangerously below the frame. You can mount stock or aftermarket pegs and they are compatible with all skid plates, crash bars, and center stands.
New 10.9 high strength mounting bolts are included. Once installed the foot controls will need adjustment and the brake switch spring will need to be slightly modified.

Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. If you regularly carry luggage boxes and/or a passenger and weigh over 250 pounds, you will probably prefer the Heavy-Duty spring. Call if you have any questions.
Because of the limited space with the reservoir, adjusting your preload is just about impossible and for that reason we only sell these units with the Cogent Hydraulic Preload Adjuster already installed!

You can adjust the preload on your KLR shock easily, why not on the forks as well? These caps give you the capability to adjust the spring preload in your forks to match your load.
The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.
