JT steel rear sprockets are manufactured using only the finest grade of C49 high carbon steel.
Two styles of rear sprocket were used on the DR350. The 90-95 'S' and 'SE' (street legal) models have a cush drive hub. The 96-99 'S' and 'SE' as well as all of the 'dirt only' models have a non-cush rear hub. Select your sprocket accordingly. If you are not sure, look at your bike. If the sprocket is bolted directly to the wheel hub you have a non-cush model. If your sprocket is bolted to a separate sprocket carrier you have a cush drive model.
Chain sliders undergo performance degradation over time due to the friction experienced by the chain. To maintain optimal functionality, it is recommended to replace worn components with genuine Honda parts.
The stock sprocket retainer will rub the chain when it is used with 13 and 14 tooth sprockets.
We have our own sprocket retainer laser cut from 13 gauge stainless steel. This retainer works with all 3-hole 13T, 14T, 15T and 16T DR650 countershaft sprockets.
For those people who have been wishing for a dual petcock setup for their Acerbis 5.3 and 6.6 gallon fuel tanks. Install this kit to get the last bit of fuel from the right hand side of the tank without tipping the bike on its side. A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.

Having the proper fork oil level is imperative to the handling of your bike. Setting the correct fork oil level is a snap with this fully adjustable gauge. The adjustable aluminum level plate can be set from 0 to 295mm. The oil reservoir has single milliliter markings up to 60ml.
Being able to accurately tune your forks by adjusting the oil level can make them better resist brake dive or bottoming. Oil level should be thought of as a fine tuning method to make your choice of spring rate work perfectly for your bike.

State-of-the-art replacement seats, Sargent seats are built on a percision-molded lightweight Polytec seat pan. Sargent's proprietary seat foam (Super Cell Atomic Foam) is their own unique blend of resilience, firmness, and vibration-absorption qualities, making it well suited for long distance comfort and support. Sargent seats are covered in a marine-grade, UV-stablized mildew resistant CarbonFX vinyl.
Now available in the original version or the Ultra version. The original uses the front two emitters for low beam and then switches to the rear two emitters for high beam. The Ultra uses the front two emitters for low beam and then runs all 4 emitters on high beam at a reduced wattage. Wattage is 38 watts on low and 38 watts on high.
This bulb uses 4 Cree XHP 50 emitters, capable of more than 2500 lumens each. At 5000 lumens on each function, this is the brightest Cyclops H4 bulb.

This USB device connects to a battery cable with an SAE connector just like the typical Battery Tender outlet, and allows you to charge your electronic devices. Input is 12 Volts, with an output to the USB port of 2.1A maximum, perfect for your phone or other USB devices.

The Optimate Cable O-20 is a SAE weatherproof bulkhead/panel mount power source. Main body fits a 1" dia. hole. Overall length of the unit is 12" from top of bulkhead to end of connector. Both connectors are industry standard 2-pin SAE connectors. We also offer an optional stainless steel bracket that you can bolt on wherever you like. This makes a clean installation and you won't have a charging cable hanging loose.
Cable max. rating is 10 Amps. Includes an in-line rubber seal at the connector end and a protective cover at the bulkhead for when you don't have something plugged in. Unit has a 3-year limited warranty.

This is the more economical alternative to eliminating the 990 Adventure airbox. Better breathing equals more power. The ITG filter kit makes air filter service a snap. It also simplifies other engine and intake maintenance chores. Our kit features a steel base plate which will not deform like plastic and does not conduct heat as much as aluminum. The white powder coating also helps reflect engine heat. To take advantage of the increased airflow, we recommend upgrading your fuel injection map with TuneEcu or a Power Commander.
