Here are the O-Rings you need when you perform an oil change. The largest one and the smallest one go inside the oil filter housing cover. The second largest one goes on your oil drain plug. The second smallest one goes on your oil fill plug. Replacing these O-Rings regularly will help keep your engine from seeping oil.

Clutch
Our kit includes 5 EBC friction plates which eliminates the judder spring assembly by replacing it with a 5th friction plate.
Heavy duty clutch springs by Barnett are included it this kit which will significantly decrease wear under high stress conditions.
Piston
Raises compression from stock 9.5:1 to 10.5:1 for more power, torque and snappier engine response. The high quality forged piston from JE is almost a full ounce lighter than the stock cast piston. This makes for less vibration and a smoother running motor. Includes rings, pin, clips, and top end gasket set with valve stem seals and metal base gasket. Fits the standard size stock bore.
The Complete Top End Performance Kit includes:
10.5:1 compression JE piston with rings, wrist pin and circlips (the actual measured stock compression is only 8.7:1).
Stage 2 Web Cams high performance camshaft for more power (reground from brand new OEM Suzuki camshafts).

Big Bore

Full System
The Akrapovic double-flow muffler is made of a Titanium outer shell with a Stainless Steel end cap. The joint on the inlet cap is CNC milled and connected to the inlet pipe with silicon-shielded tempered springs. A lightweight, compact and high-temperature-resistant carbon fiber clamp supports the muffler to the frame.
This muffler is 3 pounds lighter than stock and will give you an increase in power across the powerband.

Don't have a dyno tuning center nearby? Are you more of a do it yourself type? Are you constantly changing parts on your bike?
If you answer "yes" to any or all of the questions above, then our Auto Tune kit is for you. The Dynojet Auto Tune kit is an "add on" accessory that can be used with any of the Power Commander Vs
It connects to the PCV with a single cable and requires only a ground and +12 volt connection to be made to install. If your exhaust does not already have one, a "weld in" O2 sensor bung is included
Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work.
Air Filter

Communications & Nav
A complete kit to mount your phone (or other electronic device) to your motorcycle. The universal cradle expands from 2.25" to 3.25" wide and 4.75" to 6.25" tall. The width is adjustable but fixed while the upper portion of the cradle is spring loaded to keep your device secured in the roughest conditions.
Select the mount option that works best for you. The mirror mount is shown in the photo at left and is a flat plate with an 11mm hole on one side and a RAM ball on the other. Simply remove your mirror, place the plate between your mirror and the perch and tighten it down.
The handlebar mount kit allows you to mount to either a 7/8" or 1-1/8" bar. Also includes hardware to mount to the back of a lever perch. See image at bottom middle for kit pieces.
The X-Grip with handlebar mount is best suited for larger phones up to 4.5" wide. The spring loaded X-Grip cradle expands and contracts, allowing for a perfect custom fit. Kit also includes a device tether recommended for outdoor applications.

The copper plating on the inner wall is an extra defense against temperature transfer. Heat escapes much slower so your hot coffee stays hot even in a snow storm, and heat enters much slower so your ice water doesn't melt even under a blistering summer sun.
We have tested this bottle with 160° water placed on it's side for 7 hours mimicking being in a saddle bag with coffee from the morning campsite. The bottle did not leak when the lid was properly secured and the water only dropped to 113° at the end of our test.

Our Tool Tube mounts in place of the little stock tool carrier. The tube is made from 3 1/2" O.D. ABS pipe. It's held by 3 strong powder coated steel straps. Both ends are sealed with waterproof expanding plugs. This is the ideal way to carry those items you always want to have with you on every ride. Tube is approximately 13" long.
You can now order your Tool Tube with a Locking End cap, mini padlock and keys included, on the exposed end.
If you already have a Tool Tube you can order just the Locking End Cap and lock.
Does not fit if your bike is equipped with the new emissions system. The charcoal canister prevents the tool tube from being mounted properly.

These low peg mounts will drop your footpegs 1.5" and move them to the rear 1" for a much more comfortable riding position, especially for taller riders.
