This kit combines common wide platform Yamaha YZ/WR foot pegs with brackets that are custom made to fit the TW200. Simply unbolt your stock brackets and bolt these in their place. The bracket on the right side (brake lever side) is shorter than stock to correct the offset in the stock pegs. On kickstart models, the stroke of the kickstart lever is shortened slightly. Should you ever need to replace the pegs in the future, simply order pegs for the Yamaha YZ or WR 250/450.

To make removal as easy as possible, the center tab takes a 12mm wrench perfectly, or a 1/4" ratchet drive in the center. 

On each end of the center tab is a drilled hole should you find it necessary to safety wire your filler cap in place.

Reduce exhaust leaks with this new OEM exhaust gasket. This gasket goes between the header pipe and the cylinder head.

We recommend Anti-Seize on exhaust fasteners.

This is the gasket used between the header pipe and the stock muffler. This gasket is not needed for aftermarket mufflers!

The new DG RST (Reduced Sound Technology) muffler is the quietest DG muffler and is designed especially for dual-sport machines (Just 84db @ 3200 RPM).

Mounting is accomplished by drilling two holes on each side of your headlight cowl using the provided template. The shield is 14 inches tall, 11.5 inches wide at the bottom narrowing to 8.5 inches at the top. Made from military aircraft grade cast acrylic.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield. 

All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.

This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.

Vacuum molded, these parts are a design improvement over the stock pieces. This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. These flat tie down 'stretch' straps are designed specifically for motorcycles, ATVs and snowmobiles. Carry anything on your motorcycle securely and without scratches with these flat - no hook - tie down straps.

ROK Straps are a two-piece strap with a quick-release buckle in the middle and loops on each end. One end of the strap is a heavy duty nylon, the other has a strong stretchable section. Instead of hooks that can slip or come undone, ROK Straps have a loop sewn in each end. you pass the buckle around your frame, rack or other secure point and then back through the loop in the end making for a very secure mount. These handguards come with mounts that will work on both standard and and oversize bars. The 12oclock Labs EXUP Emulator is used in place of the stock exhaust servo motor when you replace the stock exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust system. The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. Weight is less than 1/2 an ounce and it is a direct plug and play replacement.

A real Heavy-Duty Chain Guide manufactured from 5mm (3/16") thick 5052 Aluminum. This guide will take a pounding and continue to put that chain right on the sprocket. The rub block is machined from UHMW plastic and can be positioned to fit just about any sprocket available for the DR. These are powder coated black for a great look and additional protection.

Now you can have minimum output shaft wear, minimum chain drive wear with the FRITZCO DRIVELINE sprocket. The design of their sprockets provide correct chain alignment, allows for full spline contact with the XR650L's output shaft, fit the counter shaft either way, and straight up no hassle installation with the OEM two bolt retainer and fasteners (except 13 tooth that comes with it's own quick change retainer). Their sprockets are machined from alloy steel that is comparable in every way to OEM Honda and the best offered by other manufactures. The sprockets are then given a heat treatment that provides a compatible sprocket for the Honda output shaft and longest wear life possible.

A way to double the sprockets life would be to have a sprocket that fits on the shaft either way so both sides of the teeth can be used. Bear in mind you can't wear one side of the teeth all the way through, then flip the sprocket, and expect double life. You must reverse when a normal wear pattern develops.

16 tooth sprocket is the biggest front sprocket that will run with the standard 110 link chain and 45 tooth rear sprocket on an XR650L
The OEM cover will require modifying to use the 16 tooth sprocket on your XR650L.

For reference, the stock gearing for the WR250R is 13/43 while the X model runs with a 13/42 stock configuration because of the SM wheels/tires. Both use a 108 link chain with the stock gearing.

The JT rear sprockets listed are made from the finest 545C high carbon steel and are then heat treated and hand finished to meet or exceed OEM standards. Outlasts many mild steel or surface hardened sprockets as much as two and three times over.

If you want the additional low-end grunt that the 46, 48 or 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you, you will need longer chain as well.

New Rear Sprockets require new Sprocket Bolts because of a difference in the holes vs. the stock bolts.

Quality steel front sprockets. Choose 525 or 520. Also available 'Wide Boss' JTF438 520 sprockets.

  All 520 sprockets require a new retainer plate, please add on if purchasing this size.

The stock sprocket retainer will rub the chain when it is used with 13 and 14 tooth sprockets.

Always carry a spare master link when out on the trail.

  Master links are not interchangeable. Be sure to check the manufacturer and series on your chain.
