A pack of 10 Fuji style lock nuts to put on the sprocket of your KLR650. These are an 8 mm, flanged type nut that will keep your sprocket snug and tight.

The 12oclock Labs EXUP Emulator is used in place of the stock exhaust servo motor when you replace the stock exhaust with an aftermarket exhaust system. The microprocessor controlled EXUP, emulates the exact characteristics of the stock exhaust servo motor and its motor delay sweeps, keeping the ECU from displaying the dreaded check engine light. This is one of the toughest skid plates we've got. Manufactured from 3/16" aluminum that is laser cut and CNC formed, all joints are welded on both sides. The rear mounting bolts are fully recessed for protection. A welded block protects the bolt heads from being bashed and rounded from obstructions. From our friends at JNS Engineering, a very nice mount for a set of auxiliary lights on the front of your KLR650. Laser cut from 0.190" 5052 aluminum it is CNC formed and then powdercoated black. One of the best benefits is that it will not interfere with even the largest aftermarket fuel tanks. All included mounting hardware is stainless steel.

The cush hub (sprocket carrier) bearing leads a tough life. This is especially true if your cush rubbers get old and soft. They can allow the chain to pull the cush hub sideways putting a twisting load on the bearing. This new unit from JNS will protect your cases from the damage caused by a thrown chain, and will also keep your pants, boots or foot safe from your countershaft sprocket.
The case saver portion is laser cut from 0.25" aluminum and then has the 0.19" aluminum countershaft sprocket cover welded to it and the entire unit is powder coated black.
All the mounting hardware is stainless steel with machined aluminum spacers also included.
If you have a 16t front sprocket, mounting modification may be needed to fit. Install the case saver on the bike without the top spacer and bolt. This provides a little extra wiggle room. Add the top spacer and bolt after the bottom bolts are loosely threaded.
The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.
CNC machined from billet aluminum and anodized black or blue. If you want to retain your handlebar mounted choke this may be the solution.
These no longer fit the new version of the ProCycle Remote Choke Cable. Will not work with the long or short reach choke knobs.
