The Warp 9 shift lever is black anodized and the Warp 9 logo is laser etched into the finish. Comes with a black anodized knurled aluminum tip that folds and returns via a stainless-steel return spring. Includes the pinch bolt as well.

PSR dual sport mirrors come with a slightly convex mirror for a wider field of vision behind you. The round mirror is 4.25" in diameter while the oval is 3.75" x 3". These mirrors are easily adjustable and fold out of the way quickly with the 1" RAM mounts.

The RAM Ball Stud Base used for both mirrors will go into any standard 10x1.25 threaded mirror base.

A pack of 10 Fuji style lock nuts to put on the sprocket of your KLR650. These are an 8 mm, flanged type nut that will keep your sprocket snug and tight.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield. 

All new fasteners are included. This new design allows you to move your handlebar to different positions and will not interfere with a stand-up position for off-road use.

This shield is constructed of 3/16" military grade cast acrylic that is 17 inches wide at the bottom tapering to 16 inches at the top.

Select the spring you want installed based on the load you plan to carry. For riders (and gear) less than 250 pounds we recommend the 7.6 kg/mm spring. OEM spring rate is 6.7kg/mm. We offer stiffer spring rates for riders who wish to carry luggage or just prefer stiffer suspension.

Lowers the rear suspension. Precision machined from billet aluminum and anodized.

*Important when lowering the rear suspension you want to raise the fork tubes in the clamps an equal amount of inches that the rear is being lowered. That way your bike will sit level when done.

Disclaimer: Lowering the front and/or rear of your motorcycle will change the geometry and may affect the handling, use caution after making changes/adjustments.

A dual-rate fork spring for the early KLR650. These springs start with a .40 kg/mm winding and after approximately 20% of the stroke, stiffen up to .60 kg/mm for the remainder of the travel. A very nice improvement over the stock springs which are .40 kg/mm for the entire travel.

Cogent Drop-in Dynamic Cartridges will vastly improve both the compression and rebound damping of your stock forks. Designed by Rick at Cogent Dynamics on his high-tech suspension dyno, then tested and endorsed by KLR owners all over, these units have been given the seal of approval by the ProCycle staff for both performance and ease of installation. No disassembly of your forks, no drilling of damper rods. Just change the oil over to 5w and install the units under the springs and hit the trails.

This USB device connects to a battery cable with an SAE connector just like the typical Battery Tender outlet, and allows you to charge your electronic devices. Input is 12 Volts, with an output to the USB port of 2.1A maximum, perfect for your phone or other USB devices.

The Optimate Cable O-20 is a SAE weatherproof bulkhead/panel mount power source. Main body fits a 1" dia. hole. Overall length of the unit is 12" from top of bulkhead to end of connector. Chain sliders undergo performance degradation over time due to the friction experienced by the chain. To maintain optimal functionality, it is recommended to replace worn components with genuine Honda parts.

Stock gearing uses a 45 tooth rear sprocket

The 50 tooth rear sprocket will give you much lower gearing for off-road use. You will need a longer chain for this rear sprocket, please order the 130 link chain to fit with this larger sprocket, it may need to be shortened to fit correctly.

Individual 14T, 15T or 16T front sprockets.

JT Sprockets are made from the latest generation of computer design and control metal cutting equipment for maximum durability. Front sprockets are made from chromoly SCM420 steel alloy. All sprockets are heat-treated and hand-finished to meet or exceed the highest possible quality standards.

This is the more economical alternative to eliminating the 990 Adventure airbox. Better breathing equals more power. The ITG filter kit makes air filter service a snap. It also simplifies other engine and intake maintenance chores. Our kit features a steel base plate which will not deform like plastic and does not conduct heat as much as aluminum.
