You want a lighter replacement for your heavy steel stock tank? Don't need the extended range (or bulk) of a big tank? The 3.7 gallon tank from Clarke might be just right. It's almost 5 lbs lighter and holds close to 1/2 gallon more fuel than stock to increase your range by about 20 miles. Fits with your stock petcock, Pingel or Raptor petcock.

Fits all TW200's. Includes a new cap and uses the stock petcock. Capacity is 2.7 gallons (stock tank is 1.8 gallons).

  Clarke tanks do not come with a vent hose or vent cap.

Please note: All Clarke TW200 tanks have blemishes due to the mold used in their manufacturing process. Also, side panels are likely to not snap into tank as they do on the stock tank.

For M8 handlebar bolts, the RAM-B-367U motorcycle handlebar base will replace the existing bolt with a 1" B size ball. This rubber ball base provides shock and vibration damping, and is compatible with a wide variety of B size RAM® double socket arms and device holders. The RAM-B-367U motorcycle handlebar base will work with any motorcycle that features an 8mm bolt or smaller on its structure. A smaller bolt can be used, though the load capacity decreases with the bolt size.

Polyurethane drive cushions for the KLR650. Polyurethane has a higher abrasion, cut, and tear resistance than rubber as well as much better resistance to chemical breakdown. This will offer longer life and better damping when compared to the rubber counterpart.

These are engineered to provide a precisely tight fit. To ease installation, apply a small amount of baby powder or talcum powder to the polyurethane cushions to reduce friction during the coupling of the hubs.

Replace these any time you feel excessive play in the sprocket hub.

Excessively worn dampers can cause the cush hub bearing to fail - which will ruin your sprocket carrier.
