The EJK evolved out of the need to address the ever-increasing complexity of factory fuel injection. This is an extended version of the stock DR650 clutch release arm that is manufactured by Suzuki.

Upgrading to a longer clutch release arm will lighten the pull of the clutch lever through means of increased leverage. This means less fatigue, quicker clutch engagement, easier clutch modulation and longer rides.

The extended clutch arm will not offer a drastic change in clutch pull. If you're looking for a major change in clutch pull at the lever, we recommend getting a Magura hydraulic clutch kit.

The idler gear is one of the few plastic components in the DR650 that can significantly impact engine performance if it fails or breaks.

This gear is crucial for driving the oil pump, which ensures proper oil circulation throughout the engine. In the absence of this component, complete engine failure may occur. While the idler gear is not frequently cited as a common failure point in the DR650 engine, failures have been reported, typically manifesting as either a fractured gear or stripped teeth.

During inspection, it is essential to check for any cracks, chipped areas, or missing teeth on the idler gear. Replacing the gear is a straightforward procedure, and it is advisable to do so while the clutch side case cover is already removed for other maintenance tasks, such as NSU screw replacements or clutch hub bushing replacements.

The Rally windscreen from Parabellum is the perfect protection from wind and debris without sacrificing technical off-road capabilities. This is an upright rally type windscreen that looks aggressive and performs well under all types of riding. This windscreen mounts securely to the three stock windshield holes as well as the two side cowling mounts. The shield is 14 inches tall, 13 inches wide at the bottom narrowing to 11 inches at the top. Made from 3/16" military aircraft grade cast acrylic.

The touring windshield from Parabellum has been designed, developed and tested using all the knowledge and experience of the KLR riders in their own shop. Using the stock mounting points as well as the cowling mounts increases the rigidity of the shield.

MotoPressor Tire Gauge comes with two chucks. A straight chuck for "easy to get at" valve stems PLUS a 45° chuck for those "not so easy to get at" valve stems. 

We all know what a pain fuel Station gauges are. Most are woefully inaccurate and impossible to get onto a motorcycle valve stem. Enter the MotoPressor Tire Gauge…simply attach the MotoPressor Tire Gauge to your valve stem, attach the fuel station chuck to the inline fitting on the gauge and get an instant and accurate reading in PSI or KPA. 

No need to switch between the gauge and air compressor hose! Added a little too much air to your tire? Simply press the air bleed button and adjust to your desired pressure. 

NOTE: When swapping out the chuck, use plumbers tape on the hose thread. Wrap the thread, in a clockwise direction with 3 - 5 wraps of plumbers tape. Screw on the new chuck and tighten. Failure to follow these instructions will result in air leak!

The Moab shock from Cogent Dynamics will change how you feel about your KLR. You may like it now, maybe even like it a lot, but you will absolutely fall in love with it once you mount up a Moab shock.

Spring duties are handled by a custom spring available in either Standard or Heavy-Duty weights. The Standard spring will be fine if you are under 250 pounds and don't ride with luggage or passengers often. Ride heavily loaded or with a passenger regularly and you will probably want the Heavy-Duty spring.

For a true comfort and performance package, we highly recommend upgrading your front suspension at the same time.

This kit is not just a bulb, but an entirely new LED specific headlight! A specially designed adjustable steel mounting bracket replaces the stock unit. This auxiliary light harness is specifically built for the DR650 using the highest quality materials and components. Wire lengths, component locations, and end terminals are all predetermined and assembled for you. No electrical expertise needed! The relay is wired directly to the battery and Posi-Tap connectors are used to tap in to the existing headlight high beam circuit.

The plastic fitting that secures the stock choke cable to the carburetor is delicate and easily broken. A broken fitting can cause hard to solve idling and running problems.

This DRZ400 rear rack, hand-built by B&B Engineering in Australia is made from 4mm aluminium 5083 plate tig welded to the support tubing circumventing the plate. This material was chosen because of its extreme suitability for welding as well as abrasion and impact resistance, and all of this keeping in mind the full weight of the bike and rider. Once complete they are given a polished finish or coated with a super-durable black polymer. All Carry/Luggage Racks are supplied with the necessary stainless clamps and bolts where possible.
